  I loved everything about the hotel especially their receptionist name Sheela! I was 90% sure I was going to pick this hotel from the others I had in mind. But when I saw her it was love at first sight! So I had to pick the hotel! The biggest room we have ever seen in any hotel even five and six star hotels- king size bed, comfortable lounge perfect working desk and free WI FI for the whole time for any number of devices. Wonderfully professional ad helpful and polite staff- deserves greater apprec - it's a very comfortable 4-stars, big room, quiet, clean, all fine. During the good season you can easily reach the mall on foot, during hot months definitely not. I never ate inside so i cant rate this aspect, and i was lucky to be on the side opposite to the night club (many guests complain about the noise, i did not hear anything at all).   Location is fantastic. Very close to Sharaf DG mertro station. 5 min walk to the mall of emirates.. a relief when having a family. Hotel rooms are huge and well equipped ! We first was put in a room with no window, but the next day they worked on transferring us to a room with a wide window. Would stay there the next time - Good location, Metro station nearby.
