location of the hotel was very good. everything was great from services, rooms, .... Clean rooms, and furnitures were not too old. almost everything is ok except loud music. the comfort. The friendly approach of the hotel staff. Everyone was very helpful. This is in the heart of Shopping and we enjoyed the walk till late night. Wonderful staff. Clean room. Proximity to eateries.

I have stayed at this hotel before and was given a free room upgrade, the staff were very polite and helpful and the room was comfortable. They are currently refurbishing some rooms on the 6th floor but the noise was minimal and the work started at around 8.30am.Nice hotel, quiet (stayed at 1st floor front side), cosy swimmingpool (just large enough to cool down). Shopping centers at same block. 15 minutes walk to Creek (at abra station to cross the Creek towards Deira). Down town is a bit futher away but doable by taxi. Paid a little extra for the executive room and really liked it - very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast buffet was included and all the charges, fees and screwyacausewecan taxes were included in the price, which was explained when I checked in - very reasonable.Slept in one of the most comfiest beds ever!. professional pleasant staff. Friendly staff, got excellent offer for room, good restaurant.Perfect location close to many amenities and for catching a taxi. Free wifi in lobby but not in the rooms(?). I enjoyed my stay, but checked out a day early to go to a hotel closer to the airport that offered shuttle service. housekeeoing needs sone improvement. Pool could be refurbished. I also made a mistake and went to the wrong For Points Sheraton I had to pay my way to the corect hotel nearby. No Free internet, breakfast not included, poor pool.My room on the 1st floor was noisy at night with music until 02.30 from the nightclub or the Indian Restaurant. Because the hotel building is relatively old you could actually feel the old building smell. location. nite club extremely loud, expensive and charged guests. Difficult to get to if you drive rental due to heavy traffic but not hotels problem, construction!. I did not receive two messages that had been left and the hotel wasnoisy between Midnight and 2am for each of the four nights I stayed. Parking Space. when i ask my car back, it took too much time. In room furniture was cheap, the leg of the arm chair was broken, so was the night stand. it was very very old. old carpet, old furniture etc etc. Did not have requested room ie Smoking room and Higher Floor Had to changerooms during stay. noise from reconstruction in the street and from srounding and food (curry) smell around the clock. the smill and no good services.
