i will coming back in july for 4 days and i will like to stay at your hotel. excellent service all round. Nice and cozy hotel with all necessary equipment for us, including good breakfast buffet, decent gym and very pollite staff. Other remarkable plus was the lack of tourist masses, which we enjoyed. the room are good size other facilities are great. Most things in the hotel were good.

The upgrade room was lovely and comfortable if still a smoking room but the original room was not good. The price of the upgrade one was 4 times as much as the original (which we didn't pay).I did not like this hotel - for the first time since i booked with your company, its really a three star hotel. The pool facilities are not nice, the website stated there was a shuttle complementary to the beach and mall but it only went to the beach at 9.30am in the morning and did not come back. Further, no one would want to go to the beach in Dec. at 9.30 as it takes until 11am to warm up. Friendly and coopeative Staff, Good Location. Hotel has 2 / 3 bars + decent looking indian restaurant, which I did not get to eat in. The hotel enviroments,pool,their pub and gym. Entering hotel from car. No convenient route from highway onto hotel's vicinity. Location is basically in the middle of everything for exploring Dubai, but on the other hand not close to anything. So Taxi is needed for decent meals, however Taxi rates aren't too bad in UAE. Secondly, swimming pool is not very nice, but you can hit Jumeirah beach easily.internet price was very expensive I think it should be complementry and breakfast price was expensive too which should have been included in the room price. The speed of the internet was classed as high speed but turn ou t to be very slow and also quite highly priced I would have expected it to be free as I was staying in a suit also other hotels supply complimentory fruit in the room.some maintatenance work happend when i slepp ( drill machine )about 1pm but not that noisy. Smoking permitted in bar/restaurants that served extensive food menus without adequate extraction, like eating in an airport smoking room. Corridor on rooms floor seemed constantly cluttered with cleaning trolleys and vacuum cleaners no matter what the time of day.The front desk/Health Club staff were not customer friendly. There were no usual greetings and I had to wait even though I was the only one at the desk. Room/Janitorial staff very friendly. Did not know that I could have ordered eggs for breakfast, no sign telling me this.Distance. it was far from the city center.the enviorment was little smelly there was no fragrance or freshness feel. Confusion over airport pick up/drop offs - we got a shuttle bus to the hotel on arrival, but were told that they didn't operate a shuttle buses service when we asked to be taken back to the airport.WifFi not available in room - make sure you ask reception for a lan cable. Location is bad, need a taxi to go anywhere. When we arrived, the standard, non-smoking room we had booked had 2 single beds and was a smoking room, we had to insist on a double bed and got an upgrade. The management claimed that they don't guarantee non-smoking rooms but I could find no evidence of that on the booking site. Also, the whole hotel has only 11 non-smoking rooms, we couldn't get one.The croissants and breadrolls were the poorest quality I have ever experienced, they were not fresh. It was difficult to get a taxi, the security guard had to stand out on the road to stop a taxi, overall its not a four star and not worth the money, I would have preferred to have paid the extra and stayed in the five star like Meridian, Al Bustan Rotana or Arabian Court where I have stayed before. Room Facilities as shown on the Site were not in Room, E.g it was shownon site that pay tv, cd/dvd is available in Room but it was not there. 1. You need a taxi or car to go anywhere. On the website, it was 4 stars, although it was 3 in the reality.The fact you struggle to hail a taxi down!, but if you are hiring a car....its perfect...as everything is pretty close by. My bathroom's ventilation fan not repaired untill I checkout. I requestto repair on the first day and few times on 2nd day. I just keep quietwhen my wife told me not to spoil our honeymoon because of the fan.
