Very nice location near the red metro line. We arrived on a very early flight, and requested early check-in. No rooms were available at the moment we arrived, but the staff was ok with us sleeping on the lobby couches. We also got our room already about 10am with no extra cost. Staff was accomodating My special thanks to a guy named Mr. Habib for his kindness to take me to the bus station as I was trying to catch the last trip bus to Liwa Western redion at 9pm.it was difficult to find the taxi as it was already a rush hour.
all reviews » In spite of being given room 101 it was actually very clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom and 6 ft bed. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Didn't eat any meals there. Almost next to Metro station so easy access to everywhere. 1. The location is absolutely fantastic, didn't realize before coming how convenient it really was. 2. Relatively new hotel so the room facilities are all in v.good shape 3. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Must have a large East Indian clientele, significant curry smell in lobby I arrived a block away, but couldn't spot the hotel due to poor signage - wound up taking 2 cabs, as there are 3 other apartment hotels with the same name, London Crown. Needs better signage to be viewed from Dubai Metro - something to distinguish itself from other hotels with same name. Room was very small.... Water pressure from the shower head is very low. The breakfast was really low quality. room size small. Bad car park, big vehicles like Expedition goes in with difficulty & comes out with with a scratch & dent, that's what happened to my car. no any thing. Internet is not available in the room and lobbies. Breakfast too expensive,. There is a slight bad smell as soon as you enter the hotel. Nothing. the quality of breakfast was terrible. The gym, pool, hot tub and such is all at another branch of the hotel. Very disappointing. For me traveling with a friend..almost none.just need a place to shower n sleep. Breakfast is poor. No wifi in the room Pellows are not good. sealing of wash room. getting to the basement parking........... The bathroom was small no space. ;). we requested iron but they didnt, we asked for mobile charger but they didnt respond properly.
