The bedroom were very comfortable, staff very helpfull and the breakfast was great. Staff was very polite and helpful. I like the room type. helpfulness of staff and willingness to please. easy to book in and out. basement parking. Everything. Hotel is located in the prime location of Dubai. All the tourist spots are easily accessible. Also have a dedicated car parking.

Nothing poorly run and disorganized. only my company. If there is a swing pool that will be bonus. Doorman summoning Private taxi which costs three times metered taxi. There is no swimming pool.There is no bell boy to help with the luggage. A pool would make it perfect and balconies. The music in the hotel bar is completely inappropriate. We used the bar verylittle as the music put us to sleep. It would be better to have choice. No children's menu in the resturant but the waiter was very accomodating.carparking. breakfast selection could be better.housekeeping make room very late in the day .Inconvenient especially when you just come back for the day. The listing on your site say the hotel is on Al Mina Raod which is not correct so I drove up and down the road looking for the hotel.Location was "off the beaten track" for taxi's so long waits. Offer of hotel taxi resulted in hints of a "deal" between staff and driver (rate increased almost daily for same or similar journey). Yes, the food is not good as expected. No minibar, small rooms, tight indoor parking. There was no room service available.No swimming pool, no free wifi, no front desk locker for big items. They have to put also soap bars if possible in addition to liquid soaps. Need to provide room services (Ex Liquor, Food and snacks. It's location, right next to industrial area/docks!. The breakfast was not good enough they served very limited choices of dishes and dint change the menu of the breakfast and the water in bathroom did not work at desirable temperatures....otherwise else everything was good... View is not nice - docks and construction sites only. Also, road just off most used routes so hard to find taxis - beware of private cars parked in front, they try to fool tourists by charging 5 times more! Staff friendly but not very experienced - they made a lot of mistakes. No masage centre. No room service, no mini bar, not close enough to shops and restaurants15minutes walk ok during winter but summer ?. Untrained staff: we were given blank card keys - an extra tripdownstairs to rectify. Breakfast was said to be till 11.30 (since it wasEid Holidays), we showed up at 10.30 - closed, finished at 9.30. We madea complaint finally got breakfast and were served mouldy bread...Smellin the room might have been better as well. After 3 days I really had the impression that they were charging a lot for anything additional. I do not think I will ever use them again.The location opposite the dry dock yard [industrial] is not great, the are better options. I went for the price which at teh end was more due the extra 20%. Internet charges are expensive at 200AED per day. Not much around the Hotel, but you can walk to the nearest beach in about 6-7 minutes. Location, bar not open, no taxis, room not ready on arrival at 3:00am in the morning!. No room serivse, no help in carring bages ,. Hotel was opened without being finished. They were painting and the stench made us ill. We had to ask several times to be moved to another room without a smell. The shower was either too cold or too hot and leaked all over the floor. The bar had no licence. When we had to extend our stay, they wanted to charge us twice as much as the letsbookhotel.com rate.The A/C in the room was not working properly.It was hot.Although, i had changed my room three times, still faced same problem. It seems that the A/C system has some problems. There is no mini bar, no Room service and they had only one restaurant which had a menu being over-priced and less selection. We didn't even like the food we had for dinner. service is very slow too.the hotel staff dont know how to smile except for one African man.
