With the possibility of sitting in Dubai Airport for 9 hours between flights it was logical to book into this hotel. We requested they provide a guide to greet us as we got off our flight from Italy. Lucky we did, as the flight arrived at a completely different terminal, and involved a 15 minute transit via lifts, shuttle train and walking, it would have taken us ages to find our way. We stayed there also on the way over - they provide all toiletries, wake up call. And the best, most comfortabl.
all reviews » I was in Dubai on a 22 hr extended layover before a final 16 hour flight home and it was wonderful to have a place to sleep and leave my carry-on luggage while taking an excursion in to the city center via the metro. We never left air-conditioning while going from the airport to the Dubai mall and the Emirates mall - it was about 110 degrees outside. USE the METRO instead of a taxi - much cheaper and very easy to access in the airport. It was very convenient to get off the flight and stay in. Bellboy, waiting at the arrival gate, very polite and helpful when escorting me to hotel reception and then my room. All staff very helpful. Good communications before travel re the fact that the friend sharing my twin bedded room was arriving 4 hours after me. Al went well and friend shown to correct room. Room itself well presented with complimentary fresh fruit, bottled water, hot drink tray with kettle, slippers and the usual toiletries in the bathroom. I already miss it. We had a 16 hour stopover before our connecting flight. We were met as we arrived and taken through to the Hotel which was a good distance away including a train ride. Although the Hotel is within the airport we didn't hear any announcements or aeroplanes from our room. Had everything we required including tea/coffee and water and all the toiletries you would need so no need to pack any. Ideal for this type of situation but very expensive. Their concierge service is excellent. Book early, they will request by email for your flight details so they can pick you up from arrival gate to the terminal hotel. The best thing about this is the concierge will guide you through Dubai terminal and I notice that he bring us trough the security check with less/no queue (he basically know all the short cut). Excellent service from the front desk, very prompt. Excellent interior and Clean. Customer service is fantastic. Greeted at the gate and taken straight thru the airport, jumping queues and were in our room 10 minutes after landing at 11pm. Bed was comfortable and room quiet. Best idea ever for a long wait between flights in Dubai, and also great value for this. Awoke refreshed for the next long leg of our flight to Europe. Families with kids with a long wait between flights - this is a must!. This was a great way of breaking the trip from Europe to Australia. We were met at the gate by someone who showed us to the hotel - which was great, because I'm not sure we would have found it otherwise. Because the hotel is inside the airport you don't need to clear customs and immigration, which makes getting into and out of the hotel so easy. We checked out only 1.5 hrs ahead of our next flight. With a late arrival in Dubai I needed a hotel close by the airport that provided clean, very comfortable accommodation for my 10 hour transit before onward travel. I did not need to go through security/customs as hotel is located within the airport. This was ideal for my needs. I did not use any other facilities, so can't comment on these. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The meet and greet on arrival was a big plus as we arrived at 01.00hrs. As the hotel is situated in the transit area, in no time we were whisked to the hotel and shown to our room. Our room was spacious, which we appreciated, being a family of 3. The price of the hotel is quite steep, however it was worth it, as we were fresh and relaxed to continue with our journey the day after. excellent location right inside airport (always be aware which of the 3 locations you are booking into Concourse A for Qantas)- great if you are breaking the long haul flight from London to Sydney. Also good service in that you tell them when you are arriving and they meet you at the gate and accompany you (fast track thru security) to hotel Comfortable rooms. Wow! How beautiful is this hotel for an Airport stopover... spacious, quiet, and plush rooms, with a bed that makes sleeping on a cloud come true. The failproof wake up call procedure, means you'll never miss your flight, even if you're a deep sleeper! (and the length of the passage....incredible!). I believe this hotel has only been open a few months. A very pleasant man met our plane and escorted us to reception. I thought that the staff and service at the Medical Centre was excellent but it was so far from my hotel room and at the time I was suffering from severe gastro-enteritis. It was also a long way back from there to the plane which I caught back to Sydney after I had been so ill. I was very dissapointed because the hotel is inside the airport. I did not knoe when I did the reservation. After that I get an information that I have to check in to get to the hotel. I had a big problem with check in in Dubaj the day before my flight. It is not fair that the letsbookhotel.com not inform about this before the reservation. It isn't enough information on a hotel arrangement in the second terminal of the airport - Flydubai, employees of the second terminal can't explain as to reach hotel. Not all know that the visa to placement to transients isn't necessary. It is very important, because of it many passengers don't use hotel. Personnel very good. It is very convenient, since it is behind the security firewall. Maximizes the time I can sleep during a layover since I don't need to exit the airport and then check back in. I also like the fact that you can stay up to 24 hours during a longer layover. (FYI, none of the words in question 3 describes the hotel for me),. A great way to rest between flights. A bellboy picks you up when your flight arrives and helps you with your luggage, and the hotel itself is situation after security near the gates, so you can check out just before you board. Tip: get an executive room. The massage chair and breakfast are worth the extra cost. Very convenient hotel for a stopover and be able to remain in transit, thus avoiding the chaotic Dubai customs and immigration. Very comfortable bed and quiet room. A member of staff met me at the flight gate and took me to the hotel. On checking out, another member of staff took me to my flight gate as it was at a completely different Concourse. Was all settled in hotel within 30 mins of landing at terminal. This hotel is perfect for a transfer stay if you have a stopover in the nighttime. The price is definetely worth the rest you get if you have an overnight transfer, instead of waiting at the airport. My arrivaval time was on 12,00 in the night and the hotel is really 5 minuts far from the arrival gate inside the terminal. We had a 10 hour stopover in Dubai, so it was easier to stay at the airport. So comfortable and relaxing, a bit pricey for the time we were there but made the long haul flight the next day easier. A little bit pricey, but was very nice for the convenience. Logistics (Room card was deactivated twice by itself.) Shower booth was not well sealed (water filled the bathroom floor.) Internet was very bad in my room, I could get it better at the reception or even from the duty free floor! Check-in was far more effective than check-out. Mini-bar should be checked sooner and have documents ready for guest check-out. We didn't have breakfast at the Hotel but found if very difficult to find something decent and healthy to eat. Not for budget minded people, but you really get the quality. They store the glasses/cup in a lower position. So as a parent with young kids (mine are 4 and 2 years old) You want to move the secure those items asap before your kids break them. Nothing. It is a fairly basis hotel but it all worked well for us.I Could see how it might be a bit noisy when busy with people coming and going though. If anything the rooms are too nice for a quick one night stay - maybe there should be smaller rooms for single travellers at a smaller price ??. I totally adored my stay - couldn't fault it. The massage chair was broken during our second stay, but we weren't there long enough to use it anyway so it didn't bother us ... we forgot a tee-shirt in the room on our first stay, we phoned a few hours after leaving to ask them to keep it for us, but they either threw it away or stole it. The hotel would have been very difficult to locate had we not been met by the concierge at our arrival gate. Very long walks to the gates. This was our 2nd stay and unfortunately this time we had a room with a very noisy air conditioner. Nothing I did not like. In some rooms you hear the calls to prayer from the mosque and the announcements from the airport. I found it overpriced. Nothing. Expensive. Look at your arrival gate and then choose the right (closest) part of the hotel: concourse A, B or C. For the price, a breakfast could have been included. The air conditioner was very blowy and couldn't be changed. Price: should have a budget option too for backpackers. The fact that one has to be in transit to partake of this oh-so-easy yet chic facility. I would use it very regularly if it were otherwise accessible. They were understaffed when we arrived. It is was really uncomfortable because we had to wait a long time (with two small kids!) before we could get to our room. This was honestly disappointing. a bit too expensive just for a stopover. Too much light in the rooms. Wish this hotel room existed outside the airport. Some of the room service items were not very good. This is the first hotel in many hotels l have been where l surely have nothing what so ever to complain about . I just want to say keep it up you are the best. When you will leave take care that you can not go in the hotel without the flight check_in and you can not go out of the airport after the security control. Fairly expensive but in keeping with the convenience and quality of the hotel. At £153 it is a relatively expensive hotel. In terms of facilities, it compares with a Radisson Blu, which is about half or two thirds the price. Not good value, but great location for a transit stay because you don't need to leave the terminal. It isn't easy to know which concourse to book unless you know where your flights are coming in and out of. Get a meet and greet person each way to and from plane, much easier.

Please note that due to renovations at Concourse C, Terminal 3 - we are experiencing significant levels of noise pollution at our Hotel Levels in Concourse C. We therefore encourage our valued guests to opt for Accommodation choices in Concourses A or B instead. Guests must be in Transit to Access the Hotel. Upon arrival, please do not pass through Immigration & Customs and exit the Terminal. Hotel Guests have no access to and cannot retrieve their checked in luggage while staying in the hotel. If guests are arriving to the Dubai International Airport from Dubai City, they must be checked in to a flight to Access the hotel. Please check with the Airline the earliest time our guests are able to check in. If guests are arriving to Terminal 2, we request that they do not exit the Terminal and pass through Passport Control (Immigration and Customs). Guests will have to go to the Transfer Desk and use the free inter-terminal shuttle bus to gain access to Concourses A, B or C. Please note that for all non refundable and pre paid bookings – the credit card used to make the booking would be required for validation upon check-in. Hotel guests can move between all four (04) concourses A, B, C and D (Airside), however the Dubai International Hotel is only located inside Concourses A, B and C of the Dubai International Airport. If our guests are arriving and departing with only an Emirates Airlines flight, you might not be allowed access into Concourse D.
