I liked everything at down town dubai hotel n apartment. Staff friendly n helpful, location for me in n out was excellent n quiet not dramatic. Hotel was very clean and my room always. I was a little bit worried earlier when I was arriving as I online says checkin 2.oclock but was surprised once I arrived 6am morning, I was checked immediately which was first thing I love and others follow. Will definitely stay there again n again when visiting dubai next time....
all reviews » The location of the hotel is really god nearby the small mall and metro station, what is really convenient. The staff is really amazing and professional, really appreciate their understanding and full cooperation to make our stay comfortable. There are all necessary facilities you need in the room,however with tea/coffee you have to provide yourself. I like everything about the hotel. The staff are also good, amiable, professional and homely especially Nancy. My wife broke a cup in our apartment and the way and manner we were told to replace it was wonderful. We had to do it joyfully. My wife and I love the staff so very much. The hotel is pretty small but clean and with nice staff. It is good only if you want to be close to the airport so that you can catch an early flight or if you are in transit/ 2-3 days maximum stay. Lots of eatieries and supermarkets around and close to the metrostation. The hotel its very clean and the facilities are good and new. personally I like staffs. They were very friendly and helpful. very good gym and the hotel just 3-4 mins far away from shops. I would like to recommend the hotel's owner to put a nice pool as well. Very friendly staff, free internet, nice appartment for family and children with all required ammenities in the appartment. Walking distance from Reef Mall, restaurants, super markets nearby. And I have got very excellent price from letsbookhotel.com. The reception staff always welcomes you with a big smile on the face. All of them specially Mano. House Keeping is available 24/7. Cinemas, Shopping Malls and Metro are just walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is real value for money. The location. We wanted somewhere relatively close to the airport as we had an early flight in the morning. It was also close to the reef mall which had an ATM and food hall. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff are really of great help. everybody was great and helpful from manager to security!! facilities: everything you need is there. close to metro. parking available. Everything. The lack of any other food serving option inside...I have never seen a hotel without a coffee shop/lounge so that you can just grab a bite if you are hungry or tired. You have to bring and buy everything from the shops around - including the above mentioned ammenities. N/A. It's in the center of the city so traffic jam during morning and evening is a little frustrating. They don't have any room service. They have put in the rooms menu cards of nearby restaurants but quality of their food is not reliable. Remember you get what you pay for. So don't expect five star. i really can't think of anything :). Nothing.... Little cramped. Bit far from most things. Metro was a good 15 minute walk. No supermarkets really close. Phone had trouble getting signal in room. I don't have anything bad to say it was worth well the stay..I will stay again when i come back to dubai.. Thank You. none. Only a weak is out side view from the window..however staying room only the night to sleep, there would be OK. No Swimming Pool, Water pressure in bathroom was low and too may air planes in the night one flight after the other, so it was a little disturbing in the night. Every 15 mins there was a sound from the roof like someone is farting alot... :) the ac was too koool n even if it was turned off it still blew cool air. Nothing. Nothing. Everything was excellent. No swimming pool. Was little noisy because its location close to air port ,so it was loudly when there was a lot of airplanes take offs opinion: better to use tight technology windows to separate noise from getting inside rooms. There are hotels with better locatin, but would have been more expensive. Not Swim Pool ,. Appartment kitchen is poorly equipped. Internet is not free. parking is not so convenient. The ambiance of the room is too disguisting Rm.201. It is on the flight path for Dubai International airport. Price was prejudiced. The free WiFi did not work and three taxi drivers could not locate the hotel. No comment. The housekeeping can be a bit more available. But this is an apartment, not an hotel... Nothing. Noise of the airplanes buit all the centre of dubai is very close to the airport. Nothing. No swimming pool. location. only one pillow for one pesron.
