everything about this hotel was marvelous. Loved the location which was a 5 minutes walk to metro station. The staff was really friendly and helped us in nearly everything.Very decent, new and well-kept hotel. Well, if you are traveling on business. To see the town it is too far out of the way. Very quiet, comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. I would recommend travellers to book this the next time they travel.
all reviews » Nice hotel for good 3***. If you are not looking for some extra services, it is for you. It is not expensive comparing to general prices in Dubai, and the quality is good enough. Our room was well equipped, had a small kitchen, which allowed to save some money in such an expensive country. Anyway it was possible to buy a breakfast. Location is great!. Very clean , quiet, staff very helpful. About 10 minutes walk from the metro station Al Rigga, so everywhere was accessible although slightly out of the thrust of things. £2 by taxi to Deira City Centre Mall, where the Big Bus Tour leaves from, so great for a couple of days sight seeing. Was good value at discounted internet rate. Full kitchen, not just a hotplate. Roomy. At 25dh/day internet was affordable. Signal was mostly good. Very clean. Quite popular with Saudi families. Staff pleasant, a safe place. Close enough to green line metro. Staff were excellent, very helpful. Room was large and comfortable, very good value for the price I paid. It is very well situated, close to metro and bus stations and not far from the airport. Excellent location just behind the main street with easy walking distance to al Rigga metro station. Nice size one bedroom apartment with car parking and helpful staff. As a place its comfortable and healthy. near Hamarain center and you can go alot of places and Malls. Al- Rigga is only a few stops from the airport terminals. The hotel is good as a quick, budget, city break (2-3 days). And is good if you intend to spend most of your time out and about. I have nothing to like about this hotel only the staff were good specialy the day manager for the day we check out, he extended our stay for 2 1/2 hours as our flight were late. It is very close to the airport, thus we heard all plans departing and arriving. However it was actually not a problem, just a notice. Location directly behind Haramain Center is difficult to pinpoint for first time visitors. The bathroom in my room could have done with being replaced. The shower (in the bath) leaked all over the floor when used even though I tried to prevent it. The room was pretty clean but starting to look shabby. Dated furniture and bathroom but it was clean and value for money. Bathrooms in the rooms its not clean and need to be repair. Nothing..everything seems fine to me.. There were few occasions were the house keepers didn't take cognisance of some spot within the rooms that needed full attention. Nothing, all ok. more toilets to be provided in such two bed room apartments. Airport noise. But Guests are Strictly NOT allowed. I am missing Vegetarian restaurant in the hotel. Hotel restaurant serve only non Veg food. no coments. Smell. Internet speed.. nothing in particular. Hard bed, 1 english channel, no pool, no gym, no views, no micro wave, no washing machine. Trouble with the key opener. Over rated food. The bathroom and the toilet weren't brilliant, and the chain-lock couldn't be attached, so I didn't feel that secure at night. There was no view except for other flats. Al-Rigga main road unfortunately has a few "ladies of the night" walking the street - not ideal for kids and conservative couples. The rooms cleaning is poor and you need to remind them of cleaning even we installed the cleaning sign. Also is not family hotel as we found many young men and boys are staying in. Cleanliness of my room was not the best, hand basin leaked water onto the floor, but I suppose I could have reported it...No real hot water..and bathroom cleanliness left a bit to be desired...Wi fi access I found limited and a bit costly, maybe should consider free wifi access... I did not like the staff there was no cooperation from them when I ask for different things, also there was only one towel provided for 4 people in the 4 bed apt even when I ask they said we will send someone but no one show moreover when I ask one of the cleaning crew in the hallway they said that all the towels were being wash and none is clean to give. The house-keeping staff were not cleaning my room early enough and I had to be calling the reception desk to get this done. Even then their response time was very slow. I will not use this hotel again. I paid for Internet. Hard to find location. There was no cold water in the shower. My Wife wanted to take a shower and we wait for more than 10 minutes to coll down the water, water was still hot, shed did not took shower, we went to a near by hotel where one of my friend was staying and took shower from there. Bathtub is dirty and broke, but All toilette is clean sufficiently. The approach of the staff at the receiption was not good to ask the customer to pay in advance while the customer booked online and proved his/her credit card details for payment, secondary letsbookhotel.com should include the taxes fees in there calculation, it help the customer to understand the total amount b4 confirming the booking. Otherwise letsbookhotel.com ur service is excellent. the bathroom tiles are painted with white paint which is getting peeled off....posing very ugly look and unhygiene. All the furntiure is old.. I do not recommend for famillies with children. Waited almost an hour to check in at 3pm. Room was not as clean as I would have expected. It was obvious it was only cleaned when we arrived. toilet sink is clogging. Cockroches in the room Bathroom fittings Poor electric cooker Aircondition was noisy. Very old hotel. near to airport , too much loudly noise. The staff were a total headache!. Internet was slow and broke down for a day. Not Clean Enough Staff not cooperative.
