Location is excellent with a shopping centre, grocery shops, restaurants, etc around the hotel. It is located in the centre of the city. Ample parking lots. Studio is well furnished. Although not fancy, it has solid wood furniture, and fully operational appliances that one would like to have. Good for long stays. Hot water, water pressure etc are very good. B/fast is acceptable. All staff members are friendly and helpful. Reception staff are very efficient and checking in/out was very fast. .
all reviews » Had a bit of difficulty at first because there are other alfaris apartments also available..At first I didn't notice the number 3...The location is superb, quiet neighbourhood and getting taxis was easy due to the strategic location next to Lamcy Plaza..The Staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful when necessary..Rooms were clean, comfy and up to the standard and the prices quite reasonable..The best thing was the free wireless connex..Would definitely recommend this hotel..Enjoyed my stay.. i loved the hotel and its prime location. The staff was really helpful in all ways. I particularly thank Mr.Madhu for his excellent customer service. He was wonderful and so was the hotel apartment. I recommend many to stay there and enjoy Dubai at down the cost. Great size rooms with all fully equipped. I never could imagine this too happen with me in a city like Dubai. Thanks to letsbookhotel.com for making my stay wonderful. I went to Dubai for a concert alone and stayed at this hotel for 24hrs. I would recommend this place for anyone as the staff were very friendly (upto the extent of the security guy going out and getting me a cab to the hotel door step because it was the rush hour). Apartment was excellent and so clean. Honestly I have nothing negative to comment :). Excellent place to stay in Dubai. Rooms are capacious and very comfortable. It is an ideal place for the family. Very close to the Lamci Plaza. Clean, rooms are large, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Close to healthcare city and Al Nasr Leisureland. I liked the spaciousness of the apartment and that it was really good value for money. Location and the room is suitable for 2adult and 2children. the locatuon and quite ,receotion helpful and room servece. Location, price, clean, room is big full kitchen. Everything is so close i.e laundry, grocery,restaurants, coffee shops. I like the hotel location and front office staff..specially madhu. Quick check in, location, parking, spacious room. location fares connections. staff many are nice. pool&location. Location next to lamcy plaza , free wifi , full equipment for your stay. House keeping though, do not match with efficiency of others. Toilet and tissues papers r only 10% full! Room reserved for two has only one set of towels! And no floor mats especially as floor is slippery. Parking entrance and exit r so narrow!. The wireless connection though free, was quite slow. There was only one power outlet in the whole studio apartmement. Away From the metro stations. Breakfast in the morning was sub par. I didn't like that the apartment had practically no natural light,only one small window onto a wall. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom. none. Shower can leak water outside,. Safetybox was out of order(informed reception). Toiletry & towels not satisfactory & not provided as per room occupiers numbers,and room service have to b reminded for the same issue frequently. Excessive noises at night from other group on the same floor. Old design furniture and a bit dull. Nothing. There is no good internet coverage inside the apartments!. i didnt like the cleaning staff and their attitude. Could use some touch up here and there. Wifi on and off. Difficult to find free socket for cooker, chargers etc.... - Bad shower, weak - Smelly room moldy, many of them - consumed towels - Away from the metro. terrible breakfast. Not good in clean bed items, far from metro station,wifi was very slow and not working ok in room ,room are bad lit. It was very hard to find the hotel even after many spins around the block.no clear sinage there. It seems like those abandoned motels seen in horror movies.The room was less than okay..I didn't even have a shower.furniture is old and many wooded things are broken.All I can say that it doesn't match the photos and description on the website.I hope they work on iit to get more guests in future as the location is superb!. Not clean...
