I loved the friendliness of the staff the most. The rooms and toilets were spic and span and very modern. And its good value for money. The beds were comfortable too!. The cost of room compared to the comfort and ease of booking. The location central to most places including easy access to the Metro. Everything was perfect, staff was so helpful . The room was quite good and hotel location is excellent close enought to Alkaram Metro Station which facilitates your movement. Staff are friendly. The hotel is very close to the metro station so it's a good starting point for visiting the town. It had been a nightmare to be in President hotel as it was too noisy and crowded that I decided to cancel the booking the same night even though the front office charged me for 1 night. Moreover the staff is not at all cooperative and the hotel doesnt keep care for cleanliness. Nothing at all.The worst hotel i ve ever stayed!!!. Nothing. There's nothing really that I can point out. Nothing that I can think of in my two trips to Dubai and staying with President Hotel. The clubs noise and mattress of the beds so hard n room 316, broke the iron backs even!!!. no wifi was available on the rooms smell of beer was all over the lobby (they should get red of it as soon as possible). Limited choice in Breakfast. The English speaking skill of some staff members was not good. The a/c temp remained at 16 degree through out & did not change. Staff also could not do any thing in spite of daily complaint. System need to be checked for control by user. Maharlika bar receptionist and manager they make us to shame. The recepionist are not friendly. they didn't treat customer nicely.. When i called the room service for breakfast accordingly to the menu,they said the list on the menu is not a/v,so what's the point to have a menu booklet??. sounds coming from night clubs. some furnitures needs to be refurbish. they should update breakfast food are always same. Noise in the night from the bar. breakfast always same. some upgradation and repair of plumbing - toilet flush, shower etc will much improve the image of hotel. Noise from night clubs was disturbing. The first room we had was terribly smelling of smoke so we asked for another one. The man at the reception first told us to open the windows (!) or turn on the A/C then gave us another and better room. Be aware that in the hotel there are 3 clubs (strip or something like that) that play loud music till 3am. We could hear it quite loud from our room even if it wasn't a big deal for me. some of the staffs they dont have any idea how to deal with the guest.. Breakfast could be better and the bed was like a concrete floor!!! Never had such a hard bed in my life..... Poor Maintenance of Bath room and room in general. there was club and music sound very high. Breakfast; room services;. I didnt liked my fiance been told to stay at a different hotel when she arrived although we booked this hotel 2 days before,im been always staying in this hotel and didnt liked it,my second incident was with ur senior staff in maharlika pub uses abusive languages with me and wants to raise his fist on me, if im an indian n he is phillipino,is it about racial discrimination he serves n treats his other nationality guest like this way.reply me. One elevator not enough. The loud noise from the clubs on the other floors which will disturb you until 3 am. Highly not recommended for people who are looking for quietness. The finishing of the bathroom were pretty bad. Bathroom door couldn't be opened/closed easily, and the door handles almost broken. The main mattress was very hard, not comfortable like the extra bed. you can not sleep because their is night club on 3rd floor, brickfast. Nothing specials. the beds poor breakfast the nose of nights club very hight. At best cheap for backpackers. Water from roof of bathroom. Electrical sockets falling off the wall. Breakfast all indian food. Filipino nightclub loud and going on till 3pm. Had to were earplugs. noise, messy. unclean. room are old, toilet dirty, smelly, cannot sleep due sounds from bars, breakfast are poor and dirty tables and floors...not a pleasant to stay. Bathroom, Dirty Towel, The room was not clean, scary elevator, VERY NOISY especially at sleeping hours. bad selection of food. hidden charges. I could not sleep till morning due to the sound from the dance bar and it was horrible in 3rd floor. This should not be considered for family... The three nightclubs on the premises were a terrible distraction. It was unbearably loud late into the early mornings and despite being in the more favourable rooms (furthest away from the noise) getting a decent night's sleep was next to impossible. Would not suggest this hotel to anyone hoping for a restful vacation. Partiers would feel right at home here. apart from location nothing impressive. Everything...there is nothing u can even consider to like...dirtiest toilet,extra noisy,and top of that Pathetic breakfast....highly untrained,uneducated staff...i regret going there... The reception staff were not helpful, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the washroom racks and hand rails were falling off, there is no free car parking facility even if you request same during the reservation, there are night clubs at the hotel which attracts that type of crowd and activities, the noise from the clubs continues till 3am. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those with a family or someone trying to have a peaceful night rest. Staffs are very worst, service is worst, facilities are worst.. Nothing is good in here. In letsbookhotel.com it shown 3 stars hotel but actualy it's only 1 star. The Reception was shouted at me when I am asking for my wife's id and not gave it to me even I already paid a deposit, even the deposit I paid was more than 1 night room rate. I will not come back to this poor hotel. In the night I couldnt slep because of the Night Club noise till 3 am. 1 time stay is more than enough!!. the hotel room was not very clean ladies hair was on the bed pillow the towels required to be changed as they were discoloured. being on the 3rd floor directly under the night club all one could do was hear the band lucky we were out till late each nite. we were left to carry our own luggage from the room on vacating the hotel it says free parking which i sent email for but received no reply and therefore the hotel charged me for parking on the street.
