Staff was really helpful and friendly, answered all our questions about surroundings and helped us when we needed. The room was very small, the bathroom even smaller. We had a room with a window, but we couldn't open it (maybe the windows cannot be opened at all), so it was a bit hot and muggy in the morning. The surrounding areas are not very safe to go for a walk in the evening, but they have a guard, so it is safe to stay outside by the hotel. The hotel has a bar inside, where you can buy so.

The room was not very clean, verrrry small. it was noisy / breakfast was bad/ the room was looking like a cage for a bird. very bad breakfast, rooms without fresh air and without windows... The woman at the buffet or cafeteria, who didnot speak English, was very rude and unfriendly.The breakfast is awful.They gave only a very thin 2 unidentified thing which looks like a very thin bread and a cup of coffee or tea.I only got the coffee and protested the woman at the cafe that she is very unfriendly.I never recommend this hotel to anybody. everything.
