We stayed in the Grecheskie 1A Building (Trattoria Restaurant on Ground Floor).There is a security entrance to the building. There was a cluster of 3 apartments with separate private entrances- therefore the flexibility of renting 1-3 apartments. We rented 2 of the 3 apartments and found them to be clean and finished to a high standard. The bedrooms and bathrooms were of an excellent quality, with Smart TVs in bedrooms and living rooms, the kitchen utilities were high-tech and the free WiFi con.
all reviews » This apartment is located in the center of the city. You can visit all the interesting places of the town without any transportation (just on foot). It is next to Greek Square, closed to the shopping center, closed to the shopping area as well. Everything about its location is excellent. It is 20 minutes far away from the airport (just 5-10 Euros by taxi)... The same distance... Far away from the bus station of Odessa. About the apartment..., It has everything; big double bed, 2 big sofa, bathr. City Center, 5 minute walk to the Potemkin Stairs. New Apartment. 24 hour facility watch person. Heated Floors, Good Wi-Fi for computer or smart phone. The air heater worked well. Not on the ground level. Staff are Fair and are on time to collect keys so you get your deposit back and do not miss your flight. Airport Taxi service available for 30$ but you can save money by riding in a Lada with an genuine old Russian / Ukraine man for 10$ or maybe even less if you know the right contact. But you. Payment with visa card. I book hotel every time in letsbookhotel.com. Ukrayn dont include VISA for turkey. So hotel prices is very expensive. Please should take a more precaoution. well located, spacious and well-equipped rooms. Location is ok, very close to the city center. Nice design. There are not any cleaning supplies for dishes, for bathroom, no shampoo, no soap... Only towels... Payment only in cash... No English speaking television channels. As of March 28th the 2013 the Apartment building is incomplete and construction is ongoing. However most new apartment buildings in the area are not completed. Your choice. Everything was perfect, thank you. Slightly noisy heater. The beach is far away, you need a taxi (20min) to go there. In the morning noise from the neighbors. Small bathroom, no whirlpool, view in a courtyard. entrance, smelly towels, payment only in cash. The staff is terrible and can not speak any English at all. That makes huge difficulies to us. Since we are business trip, but this hotel can not give any recepit or invoice to guest, this is really unbelivable and it makes us very difficult to claim from company. If you are a foreigner and cannot speak russian, I strongly not recommend you to choose this hotel. Towels and bed sheets were not clean.. And there is No english chanel out of 80 :(. It is fake apartment. They only tell lie. They show other apartments . . .
