We have recently stayed in this hotel with my wife! We were checked-in into one of the renovated rooms, which we found very comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and have helped us with booking city tours. This hotel is in the heart of the city, so all main attractions were within walking distance. We also enjoyed the restaurant attached to this hotel, the food was delicious, so we ended up not only having breakfast there, but also dinner.

For the last year this hotel got to the point when I would highly recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of Lviv. Other than great location, in the middle of the city, it has new carpet, plasma TV, high speed Wi-Fi, delicious breakfast and cozy dinner with romantic music at the restaurant. Plus I've got a 20% discount!. My staying at the hotel was Quite pleasant staying. Small the room, but elegantly furnished. Kind the staff. It is worth noting that checking in to the hotel gets you a 20% discount card for the Kaffeehaus/Restaurant (which we put to good use to enjoy some excellent coffee and cake). Staaf is very helpful and well informed and speaks good English and German. Very good location. Staff is OK as well. It's very convinient that hotel is cooperated with Wien caffe. Location. Wifi speed, but we were not staying for business, so it did not really matter. Ac is in the room but you can't adjust it. No elevator in the hotel. No parking for the car. No elevator and we were on the third floor. Late (2 pm) check-in and we arrived at 6 am. They offered a room for 1/2-day fee. Mattress was worn out and uncomfortable. Room was cold. They turned on the heating at our request but there is no control for individual rooms -- the heat has to be on or off throughout the hotel. Odd entrance with reception on 2nd floor. Too noisy! they should invest in better quality sound proof windows!!. A little bit noisy because of tram, but that was not a problem. nothing. no lift. didn't clean our room one day saying it was because we didn't leave our key. Yet we did the same the previous 2 days and the room was cleaned anyway. How were we supposed to know? Not enough toilet paper and no tissues in room. Value/money relation. Cheap, low-grade and mediocre interior of the room is disappointing and runs counter to the overall atmosphere and location.
