Огромное спасибо персоналу отеля! Во время отдыха мой парень попал в больницу с аппендицитом и нам сделали скидку на проживание в отеле, было совершенно неожиданно и очень приятно! Но и до того, как произошло это событие, ребята на ресепшене всегда на просьбы реагировали быстро и были очень дружелюбны! Так в первый день у нас возникла проблема с умывальником, в котором застаивалась вода, решение этой проблемы заняло не более 10 минут! I liked very much dealing with friendly stuff who was willing to do anything to please us. We came early by about 3 hours and we asked if they can locked up our luggage and belongings which they gladly did. Continental breakfast was served at our room which was good. We also liked the location in the center of Lviv so we didn't have to spend a lot of money on taxis.
We were very positively surprised by the Plazma hotel: nice interior, very clean room, flexible and friendly personel. But the most important - the hotel is located in the heart of the city centre. Great hotel and yet very affordable.
I liked the location of hotel. it was in the center. I also like staff, they were so kind have a smiling face. They also were very helpful. I like the bathroom. it was new and vey clean. I liked the hotel generally.
There was a rainstorm and I left the skylights open. The staff promptly
and efficiently cleaned up, changed the mattress and even washed and
dried my wet clothes.
The staff was very friendly and approachable.
Great room, price was decent, it looked great and was really clean. The
breakfast was included in our price and was pretty good, had a limited
selection but for the price was well worth it.

As a senior citizen I didn't like to climb to the 4th floor with my sutcase, but it is because Hotel is located in the old building in the middle of Historical District(Old Town). The shower stall didn't have a sope holder.
I did not like the colour of towel. it was brown. I prefer it to be white.
The name of the hotel is written with cyrillic alphabet outside. It is difficut to find the hotel and read plazma. ıt also should be written with latin alphabet.
The included breakfast wasn't very appetizing.
I was overcharged when checking out, but they acknowledged the error and they are in the process of fixing this mistake.
The balcony did not have the view of Svobody Prospekt which was promised on the website.
I did not mind the extra exercise but Hotel is on the 4th floor and
there is no elevator...be prepared if you haven't packed light.

is a problem if you have a lot of luggage; poor breakfast.
The lack of air conditioners - it was rather hot in the room located on the 4th-5th floors under the roof. There are lotsb of stairs and it was rather difficult to reach the hotel with heavy suitcases.

Rooms are on the third floor, there is no elevator. Construction began outside my room at 8h00. No fan or a/c.
The hotel is on the fourth floor of a building without lift. The
breakfast was good,but very essential. My room was under the roof and
during the day was very warm,and besides it was a little small for
