  The room / bathroom are very clean. The staff at the lobby bar / cafe are efficient and friendly. It served a god choice of light and medium meals. I love the cakes! The breakfast is good. Staff at the front desk are excellent. The meeting room that we used was suitably located and quiet. If I have to return to Kiev, I will stay at the same hotel ... what people say » again. Best wishes to the staff. - Sadly I can say its the worst 4 star hotel in kiev. Price for value is not exsiting. I told the front desk manager that I would never stay there again she didn't seems to care. I suggest pick another one unless u want weird suprizes. Like deposit for mini bar, pay cash room service and etc.

  Location is very convenient. The meal in the restaurant was one of the best we have had anywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and speak excellent English.   The location was 5 min walk to Universitet metro station and across a few restaurants which were good. The room was very clean and had the atmosphere of a good family-run hotel. Although the staff did not speak perfect English, they were able to assist us in making cab bookings and ensuring we got a fair price. This is something most hotels across Europe - - good size, nice none-modern furniture. - recently refurbished - nice bathroom - good wifi - Helpful staff - excellent breakfast at restaurant 'tomatoes' next door. I strongly recommend if you have time in the morning (starts at 9 o'clock and there is quite a wait after the order) - exactly on time, as ordered, ok-ish breakfast served in the room for those in a rush or before 9:00 All the past negative comments seem outdated, other then the external breakfast waiting time.

  Olyesa and Viktoria, receptionist was excellent with their English and they helped me a lot. They are kind, friendly and very polite. They have to get 5stars. The hotel was very clean and even the cleaning ladies was so helpful. Nothing got lost from my room and I would suggest this hotel to everyone. But the staff is 5 star...The internet is quick, more than enough channels on tv and my room was cleane - All the staff were really friendly and courteous. The staff helped me with arranging the taxi and also with printing some personal documents. I stayed in a twin comfortable room. The room is worth for the money. In Kiev for 55$ it's economical. You can take the bus 13K or 90 from the hotel to Nivky metro station. From Nivky metro station it's hardly 15 minutes to reach the city center by metro. Though I don't know Russian or Ukranian I managed to go on my own a couple of times.
