Location is very convenient. The meal in the restaurant was one of the best we have had anywhere. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and speak excellent English. Our maid saw that two of us were in our room and quickly supplied a second robe and extra towels. The staff went out of their way to accommodate whatever I needed. Always with a smile. The location is perfect for sight seeing and is very quite. I had a great experience and when in Kiev will definitely will stay here again.
