This is truly a 5 star Hotel! The staff was great, most of the staff spoke English and all were very helpful and friendly. The concierge was great! I had left home without my suit and the concierge was able to track down a rental and he even took me shopping for shirt and tie. He also gave me directions to many places to visit while in the city. I had the included breakfast with my room and I would highly recommend you take advantage of this! I would stay here again without any hesitation.
all reviews » It is a great, new hotel in the center of Kharkov. It provides great value as it is a 5-star hotel with great service and rooms. Several fantastic restaurants, a beautifull sky bar which allows you to overlook Kharkov center and other nice things make this really a super hotel. Also, the price is really good when comparing it with regular, Ukraine hotels in the area. All in all a great place, great value in a 5 star hotel!. Everything, the room is very clean, the bed very good, the air conditioning too, very good breakfast, perfect English speaking personnel, during the summer good value for money, it's a real 5 star hotel of world class ! very nice and spacious fitness room, the swimming pool is small, but water quality is excellent, there are also a hamman and a sauna. Service was outstanding, criminal the taxi to the airport at 4 am to the little lunch they made me. Thwarting dining at 4 pm was fantastic. The room itself was very modern and elegant. I did not find a single thing I did not like. I travel to the Ukraine about twice a year and this was the first time I said I would time back here. Even though the Hotel is new they are really on top of things and we felt like they deserve their 5 Star rating. The worker that made our stay most pleasant was Alexandra, the girl that works at the frying station in breakfast. Her positive energy made us feel very welcome and happy. The Wi-Fi in our room kept getting disconnected even though the internet in the hotel was very fast. We had an unpleasant experience in one of the restaurants (Sky Bar), the service was poor and the food was shocking. We felt like the girl in charge of service only cared about their tips. We complained about the service she didn't seem to care. nothing. Maybe a little overpriced, but it's probably the best hotel in that city. The breakfast buffet could've been better. Nothing. Maybe breakfast can be improved. There are many guests from Muslim countries. Maybe they can write which meal contains pork. almost everything was perfect. except that breakfast for A five star hotel was some very scarce and no choice. The swimming pool was very small. House keeping was a little lax but clean and well kept, also a little non competitive on pricing with street fair. Still trying to find. nothing. More modern facilities, no night club. Nothing. Nothing. I didn't like the caution to leave at the reception to have the debts of the expenses made into the hotel to the room bill. It is a nonsense. nothing special in Kharkov. Nothing. the steam room / wet sauna had a very bad mildew smell and it was difficult to breathe because of the smell. this room needs to be cleaned very badly...
