  Staff is super friendly and speaks English very well. Compared to other Russian/Ukrainian hotels, I got the best service possible, unexpected actually.   Staff was very corteous and professional. All of the reception personnel and some waiters spoke English. Restaurant menus were available in both Russian and English. Hotel is located near brand new soccer stadium and not far from Kal'mius river with a lot of opportunities for walking, jogging, multiple playgrounds for kids, fine restaurants and sh... what people say » opping. Also, there are many different museums and places of interest within about 1 mile radius. - I have travelled a lot through my work so staying in hotels around the World is a fact of life. The Victoria for me has it all. The staff are brilliant, the restaurants excellent, facilities superb, location perfect, very good value for money. I will return. This hotel is fabulous. Many thanks to the staff who made my stay so good.

  Staff was quite helpful, music was good. Breakfast was not a dream yet they have a large variety in the restaurant. Located in front of the most important cathedral of the city. - The location was great, the staff was very friendly, and they helped me with places to eat, and how to find a good cafes.

  We stayed in 2bedroom apartment for 4days. The owner was great! We arranged airport pickup, she welcomed us and we checked into the apartment around 3am without any problem. Apartment is almost in center located in a quiet area, walking distance to Artema street and Pushkina boulevard(where bunch of restaurants are located), Besides that house was... what people say » clean and we all satisfied of our stay in Rose apartments and I will definetely stay here again if I visit Doentsk again. I can clearly suggest here - Nice apartment with lots of light. Big living room. Good location in center of city but still not too noisy. Bus stop to main train station is around the corner, bus stop to airport is about 10min walking distance. Owners speak English and respond to e-mail quickly (But note that on-site caretaker only speaks Russian)
