Staff was very corteous and professional. All of the reception personnel and some waiters spoke English. Restaurant menus were available in both Russian and English. Hotel is located near brand new soccer stadium and not far from Kal'mius river with a lot of opportunities for walking, jogging, multiple playgrounds for kids, fine restaurants and shopping. Also, there are many different museums and places of interest within about 1 mile radius.

The staff are brilliant, the restaurants excellent, facilities superb, location perfect, very good value for money. I will return. This hotel is fabulous. Many thanks to the staff who made my stay so good. Clean room, swiming pool, good quality-price ratio. In 200 m of the hotel is very nice restaurant, called Brudershaft, very good food and not very expensive. If by any reason life is treating you wrong being on a trip, then hours spent in this hotel will be your soothing moments. The welcome and very helpful staff, the comfort of the rooms, the amazing view and excellent breakfast. Excellent Gym and swimming pool facilities and multiple restaurants. very modern clean rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, friendly staff. swimming pool, awesome breakfast, fitness centre. Good conditions and the staff speaks English. Swimming pool and gym . Sky Hall restaurant. Everything about this hotel is great... Perfect view, breakfast everything. Facility is ok, however service is miserable. Very expensive hotel restaurant, waiters in restaurant don´t speake English. Breacfast is not very good. Cheese and fish didn´t look very fresh. Hotel Taxi should have receipts all the time. SPA could be better. beds were very very narrow. Stayed in a twin room and the bed is to small. One small minus, but that's me being really critical; there could/should be more variety with breakfast. absolutely nothing. Staff could be a little more attentive. More patience should be shown to non speaking Russian Guests. Swimming Pool was busy till 9.00 pm for kindergarten and school classes; sky restaurant was closed for regular guests at dinner time due to "special guests"; I got breakfast on the room (regular breakfast starts from 7.00 am only): fish was still frozen; I had to pay before leaving hotel early in the morning/ I had to wait 10 minutes till check out (only 1 cashier for all guests, who wanted to get the early morning flight to Kiev).
