Staff were very professional when communicating by phone, e-mail and face to face. Both Ziad and Prince were professional and made our stay very pleasurable. Ziad made us aware on everything in regards to our booking and Prince met us at arrival of our check in and showed us everything we needed including the flat facilities and what we needed to do when we was going to check out. This really helped as it made our stay stress free and it meant we could really enjoy the apartment and Salford Qua.

Compared to a hotel, it's great to have a proper sofa to sit and room to move around. friendly staff; lovely apartment; I got a good deal on letsbookhotel.com and then was also upgraded to a bigger apartment which was lovely!. We were made to feel very welcome from when we arrived. We would defiantly come back and recommend it to our friends. Modern and clean yet comfortable. Kitchen appliances and utilities were great. Easy to get to the City centre by car or tram. The apartment was light and airy, the decor modern and stylish. It was a great comfortable space. The view was excellent and we had all of the amenities we could ask for. Situated very conveniently for public transport and all central attractions in Manchester. The freedom of having an apartment so we can have dinner and see friends while children were asleep. Staff were very helpful and courteous. I booked for a studio and was given a two bedroom apartment, which was well equiped. Space and facilities of the apartment. Evening view across the Quay. Location and having own studio. Location, view from balcony. Good location on the Quays near the theatre and outlet, more freedom than a hotel. Apartment well equipped and reasonably clean. It was difficult to find on the first day! Make sure you check directions carefully beforehand. Parking charges of £12 per day are outrageously expensive, especially when I only needed to park overnight. The bed was a bit lumpy but overall I had a good night's sleep. no complaints - it was all good!. Slightly wary over the check out routine. I expected that there would be bars or restaurants by the Quay within walking distance, but there were not. The apartment was not very clean on arrival (long hairs on the bathroom floor were particularly off-putting) and no one came in to 'service' during our time there. For example we had to use the same towels all week and we didn't know what to do with the kitchen waste. Once we realised we just took it to the bins ourselves. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds i have ever slept on. For the price we paid £344 for two night I expected a comfortable bed. I could feel every spring and got no sleep either night. I also had pains in my legs and back until Tuesday 8th May 2013 when I had returned home. For the price charged I feel a higher standard of mattress is an essential. Bearing in mind I have two small children - sleep is an essential. This did make me think twice about recommending or staying with you again. Unfortunately the cleaning is not up to standard, the shower enclosure particularly, there was no mattress protector on the bed and not sure if the sheets had been changed as their was mascara on the pillow case. Waiting outside for 10 minutes to be let in my the "staff". Paying an additional £12 for overnight parking whicj letsbookhotel.com DID NOT MENTION!. Check out; couldn't connect to Wi Fi (very helpful gentleman gave me Ethernet lead); poor reception on tv; trams; shower took some working to get cold water. Parking charge, check out process, lack of kitchen items; no large glasses, salt & pepper, oil, tea towels, washing up liquid or diswasher tablets etc. Quality of the sheets was old and dirty. poor quality bedding, sheets not ironed duvet very thin. Some mould in bathroom.Could not get any BBC channels on TV.
