Location was very good - close to Victoria Station but very quiet. There was an excellent place for breakfast 100m from hotel. Friendly staff, cleanliness, location and facilities. Look no further.....Friendly staff who were helpful the room was comfortable and beautifully presented and everything was clean and tidy. Nicely decorated very clean room, internet access in the room, courteousand friendly staff.

For a solo-traveller, the stay here was a very pleasant with nice neighborhood and friendly service but I'm not sure if two people can pleasantly stay with their suitecases. Maybe I was assigned a small "double room" as I was travelling alone, but if you're a couple plannning to stay here make sure to book a room large enough.The cosiness of the hotel, it was very near Victoria station (underground and Gatwick express), near Buckingham palace and other important sightseeings, excellent value for money, beautifully decorated (reception and rooms), quite big bathroom, very confortable bed. Nicely furnished bedroom but, was a bit small. the rooms, the staff. Convenient for Victoria station which is what I wanted. My room was to hot when i arrived all forms of heating on. A little bit expensive. Room was a bit small but comfortable nevertheless. There were no other reviews on the web for this hotel so we went in'blind', I emailed the hotel before our arrival but got no reply. Itwasn't a huge room but unless you want to pay a fortune that's par forthe course in cities like London. There was no hot breakfast availablebut we were offered complimentary continental breakfast by way ofcompensation. The hotel is currently under construction and refurbishing. Some things are not working. I am sure these minor problems will be fixed--e.g. the housekeeping staff did not clean our room on Saturday (the day after we arrived). Not really, this seems a very clean, friendly, hassle free place.Sound insulation not the best in the building, but that's one thatis difficult to fix, of course...( Ignorant guests cause noise inany hotel ).the TV did not work and it took an hour to get a replacement. English breakfast (poor and not very tasty), spaciousness of rooms.Bedrooms tight in space = very little wardrobe space - still buildingworks taking place - website stated it has just completed a £4mbuilding project - it should state works are continuing. It was apremature opening. rooms were small but fine for overnight or weekend stays. Very comfortable and nice ensuite but the actual bedroom was quite small.
