Comfortable and good size apartment for three, cute and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, tea and coffee sachets prepared for us. Excellent location, only 5 minutes walk from both Maida Vale and Kilburn Park tube stations. Perfectly clean, nice and refurbed hotel, excellent and kind staff, good facilities. Highly recommended for families and groups, we really enjoyed staying there!.
all reviews » excellent location, you could get on a bus right outside the front door which could take you straight to oxford circus, or walk 5 minutes and get the tube. the room was lovely and spacious, more than enough room for 4 of us, and the kitchen was an added bonus. the front desk staff were friendly and very helpful! couldn't fault the London Carlton really!. Very friendly staff and good value for money. Close to underground station that gives access to city center. Private parking for additional peace of mind, if you are travelling by car. I like this hotel and the staff but I hop to degrees the rate little bet and l hop l well come again with my family thanks and best regards. I think the rooms were great, clean and modern, newly refurbished. Staff were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel. Really l like every think in unitedkingdom as a Role,cleaning,people habits and weathering but l founds it expenses to much . Internet kept going down. A little far out of the CBD, but if your business/pleasure is in West London, its perfect. 1.In summer the rooms can really be hot. 2. Lack of Airconditioning in the rooms. The children were looking for something under the table and they found a big piece of broken glass. This to me means that the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. Also the shower cabin needs a face lift including the overhead shower. On the small side generally. We needed WiFi access for work which became unreliable the last 2-3 days of our stay. We came home one day to our door being propped open. Luckily nothing was missing. It was super hot during our stay, needed A/C or fans. Sofa bed wasn't comfortable, the bath room was very small. No fan first night made it uncomfortable during hot night and too noisy when windows opened but staff helped by providing fan on request. The towel rail boiling hot all of the time with no off option. Room was a bit stuffy and outdated, not all facilities (such as heated towel rack) worked. Location. shame there was no bar and restaurant facilities. The shower floor drainer wasn't working and whilst showering the water didn't go down so was very unhygienic and uncomfortable. nothing. The cooked english breakfast was basic and cold. Had to make the third bed as the hotel forgot to do it, did not leave sufficient towels. tight room for three persons.
