The hotel is about 20 minutes from Hyde Park by bus 16 or 98. Very conveniently located near walking distance to Starbucks and convenience stores. The front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating. My friends and myself will most definitely will be going to be booking this hotel. excellent value. close to Kilburn Park tube station in a nice neighborhood. Easy access to a Starbucks and groceery stores. We were able to prepare most of our meals at the apartment, a real money saver.
all reviews » Nice spacious clean apartment. Just what we were looking for as have 5 children between 19 and 2 + baby-sitter. Nearly next door to supermarket. We loved the location, the service iss very good especially the housekeeping department. The front desk staff was also very helpfUl. The size of the room, clean and spacious, nice view, 2 balconies, modern kitchen, lights, bathroom, new tv, reception area, location. Close to Starbucks and a Grocery store, big fridge. Dishwasher/Washing machine were useful. They send somebody to pick up the trash. Good sized rooms, very clean. A sort of home from home for a couple of days as apartment was well equipped and clean. Apartment is secure and quite , well equipped for kitchen & suitable for family. Good internet is available. The apartment was well equipped with secure parking and close to tube into central London. The staff were very friendly, most especially the blond lady, and the African gentleman. Good place to stay outside the main London hub Close to all public transport. Space and comfort were great and close to so many transport links. The location is good for easy of movement to any part of London. Just amazing , near , underground , big apartment clean. The apartment was spacious, warm, clean and comfortable. the location. Nice rooms. location. Nothing except bit out of way so not ideal to pick up a taxi, but underground 2 minutes away and takes you direct to Center of London. The kitchen utensils and cups was not enough. The pots and pans were also. Crappy. Finally the heating system was faulty in the bedroom as it was very hot in the bedroom (almost suffocating) while the rest of the apartment was cool. There was no individual setting. saturday and sunday no cleaning, so if you stay only these days you will have to clean the room yourself. Nothing. Other people may not like the location, but this is clearly "not in central London". You can take the tube (Station Kilburn High) or the Bus (61 takes you straight to edgware road/marble arch/hyde park, 89 takes the same route then turns left on oxford street). Nothing. Keys cards kept malfunction and paying extra for housekeeping. gymnasium is next door and is not attached to Apartment facility. The main entrance door is hard to open , if automatic will be great. Nothing. The deposit was a bit on the steep side for a two day stay and with family. Yet to be refunded!. No complain. Nothing to dislike. No thing. I booked this for my grand daughters as I was literally at my husband's funeral. They refused them the room until they rebooked using their card. The car park is also £25 per night. cleaners were a tad slack, didn't do the "little" things well. 1- a little bit far from oxford street it took one hour walk. 2- the two bedroom appartment has only one bathroom. 3- no bath robe in the bathroom. 4- a disappointed checkin welcoming by one of the reception staff. 5- no mirrors in one of the brdrooms or the entrance. 6- it only contains one king bed in one room and queen bed for the second room that fit three people only , while we are 4 persons, so we ask for extra bed that cost us 48 pounds daily. The apartment was nowhere near Camden Town. It was also really far out of the centre. The advertised "spa" was not in the building but across the road and at additional cost, which was both disappointing and misleading. when i booked this apartment, i was shown a 3 bedroon apartment with 3 bathrooms. but when i checked-in, i was told that biking.com had actually booked for me a 3 bed apartment but with 2 bathrooms. this does not seem fair enough. When I booked I've asked for a silent room high up in the building so I can sleep well. I've got a room on the first floor against a very busy street and the insulation is poor. When I pointed my request out to the staff they said there is nothing they can do about it!!! If you have trouble sleeping in a noicy enviroment, make another choice. furnitures,and setting.
