Hotel in excellent location,2mins from Paddington tube and train station. Hotel is located on a quite street so no noise from outside which is unusual for a hotel in such a central location! Staff were very helpful when we asked them questions about where things were, prices of taxi's etc.The hotel also has a luggage room- very handy if you have a late flight on departure day!. The management obviously refurbishes so that the rooms feel new and fresh despite being 5 years old. No frills toileries and refreshments in room are all that's required and keep costs to a minimum. Asked for a quiet room and got one. Couldn't be more professional.

It's a very busy place and train do some noise which can be eared a bit.As I mentioned earlier the only thing missing was a bar or an icedispencing machine. London hotel rooms are small in general. Even though the room was small it was so well set out that I would not class this as a negative. Yes, a few things. One, we couldn't figure out for the life of us, how to drain the bathtub. We couldn't get the plug out as it was flat against the tub! So the water just stayed in the tub for our whole stay. As well, the fridge in the room didn't work at all so it was useless. Also, the room was extremely warm and made it difficult to sleep.I did not you use restaurang service.I can not say anything about it. It was a bit difficult to get to the buffet area at breakfast due to inadequate spaces between tables and chairs for easy walking. A lot of squeezing through small gaps.the hotel doesn't has A/C while it is mentioned in booking.com website. only one small lift.
