The staff were excellent, made to feel special as we arrived back to our apartment, there was always a friendly welcome and hello also a 'have a good day' when we left. Our last day the staff were happy to hold Our luggage till we needed. My daughter got sick the day we left and prior to us leaving London we were allowed to stay for an extra 2 hrs in the apartment we used for her to rest, which helped her tremendously as we had a long flight back to Australia. Words cant describe how welcome we.
all reviews » The Service was excellent. We received a complimentary upgrade, and the Suite was wonderful. Large, modern, well maintained flat with Living room, Kitchen, separate bathroom and shower, and very spacious bedroom. Complimentary welcome tray, and a complimentary basket of Pastries (I think this is Sundays only) were a really nice touch. They also had two TV's, an iPod/Bluetooth speaker in the living room, and dimmable lights throughout for setting the mood. It is 5 minutes walk from Oxford Circus. Everything. This hotel is absolutely convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't consider anywhere else to stay. The design of the Diluxe suite was excellent. It is clean and neat with very good house keeping and so friendly staff hotel. Fantastic from start to finish. Everything we wanted was there and close by. Staff could not have been more helpful. The cost of extra foldable bed and internet wifi was little in the high side, taking into consideration the rate of the room such services should be complementary. No lift but we knew that- We're lazy but after a couple of times you barely notice!. Maybe that there was no elevator but not really too much of a problem on the stairs. Nothing. * it is a pity there is no elevator there. If u live in high levels, after the whole day trip, u will feel a bit tired to get ti ur room. would have liked a later check out!. I knew that hotel have not elevator , so ...friendly adv to other customers : please don't complain for missing elevator , once you learn during booking that have not. Is just healthy to make some efforts walking on the stairs. :)). the ...stairs ( no elevator...) and the bed... too soft!. No lift only staircase. none. The stairs with heels on was scary. I am fit and it was ok. If u not fit it is not your hotel. Need to have a washing machine. It is not a five star hotel, no gym, no restaurant, I was confused on this rating. The flat seemed tired and needed a refresh. There was milk in the fridge but it was sour by day 2 as it had been open weehen we got it. Front door entry. Noisy cleaners. Dirty bathroom floor. No shower pressure. No curtain in kitchen. Weird tv system. The photos online are not true to the hotel, there is no lift access only a narrow staircase. It is NOT a 5 star hotel, beds were awful, bathroom was cramped and the shower was ridiculously small. Tray of chocolates etc didnt arrive until the second day. Rooms in general tiny and need a repaint and awfully warm at night with no apparent way to cool them down. In general total awful experience for a 5 star executive suite.
