The apartment was very well located regarding shopping and catching the tubes. Piña was very helpful and always responded to email queries. Having a washing with a family of five was good. Ideal location The rooms were very comfortable The bathroom is all renovated and very pleasant. Location at the heart of London / Regent Street. Didn't like the smell as its right below subway so every time you walk out of you apartment the smell is there. The freezer in our was iced up which made the fridge not work properly. There was no aircondioning and as we traveled during a heat wave it was quiet warm and sticky during the night but there was a fan which helped a little bit.

The check-in time is between 14:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday, but as long as no one is checking out of the apartment on the same day, you can check in early. Staff can greet you any time between 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday, free of charge. For any check ins outside of these times (including Saturday and Sunday), there will be an additional GBP 50 fee. Although there is not permanent staff at the property after 18:00, guests can call to an out of hours number and a member of the staff can be at the property within 30 minutes. A security deposit of GBP 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Please inform Mayfair Ms in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
