The location, everything you need just around the corner (Starbucks, Tescos, Boots, KFC, Burger King, Pubs, Cafeés and resturants. Direct access to Heathrow from Gloucter Road tube-station. Nice staff, great breakfast (a bit pricey thou...). very friendly staff, made us feel very welcome, room was lovely,HUGE and clean, excellent location for us. would definately stay again.Good location, great value for money.

They would not exept my Maestro card because was not isuet in the UK. price. room phone did not work, (although someone was sent promptly to fix it), room service menu was limited and very expensive but food good, room was very cold and I could not seem to adjust the thermostat. no free wi fi. Olives restaurant. Very slow internet. the toiletries are very limited, hairdrier is very old and after few minutes of work was overheated, didn't work till coooled down a bit. The floor, the furniture, the carpet, the bed and the bathroom gave me the impression of an old hotel that needed some renovation.Shabby and rundown bedrooms/bathrooms. Uninviting bar. Extortionately-priced breakfast - £16.50 and then they arbitrarily add 12.5% tip Total £18.56!!! An identical breakfast can be obtained in a clean, comfortable little restaurant across the road for £6.95. Many of the hotel's guests can, noit surprisingly, be found here each morning. toalit size.
