We found all the staff were very friendly and only too pleased to help with any queries. The hotel is in an excellent location. Great Breakfasts. First time for us at Premier Inn but found it very good Staff very friendly and nice comfortable and quiet rooms rooms . Check-in staff went out of their way to allow early check-in and were very friendly. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

I left a phone charger in room on 30th May plugged in walll When I returned on 12th of June I was told there was no trace of it A bit suspicious I felt as I KNOW I left it there . No.Nothing!. Minor suggestion - a towel rack not in the shower would be good.For added comfort improve room lighting, which is the most negative point of the rooms (the light is too white instead of yellow, too ceiling based instead of table or wall based). the hotel bar and restaurant was closed.The heater was not working while the temperature of the day during my stay was below 10 deg C. There was only one straight-back chair for the writing desk when we checked in. I wonder why the room was not checked ok before it is offered to the customers. Very nice place to stay.The restaurant was closed. No mini bar in the rooms. All rooms were non smoking although we knew this when booking. no bar due to hotel works, but its not the end of the world. Checking in - had to queue, also , took three goes to get the correctroom as had requested twin and initially given double room twice. At the price there could be more 'bits & pieces', e.g. shampoo, milk in the room. Main course had to be sent back. After an excellent starter - poor scampi and the worst peas I have ever seen! Serving staff were very concerned - but the chef was nowhere in sight!. Room too hot. The A.C. system wasn´t working properly. Lack of general information - reception desk telephone number, how to place alarm call - in the room. Had to go down to desk to ask.having to pay for internet. Fixed Head Shower. Not height adjustable .No air con able to cool the room. Shortly after checking in and entering our room a staff member walked into the room without knocking. This was very embarrassing as i had just got out of the shower. Not happy at all!!!!!. Slight traffic noise in room at front, on Euston Road. hotel under refurbishment and only a boxed breakfast available. Few towels, poor ventilation, bathroom fan (steam didn't leave). I would have needed breakfast early in the morning, but it wasn't available before 7 am.Noise from the main road. The room was not well aerated which made not being able to open the windows a real inconvenient since the excess humidity caused a bad smell in the room.no air conditioning inroom, intolerable, a single room utilised as a double. Room was too warm, we could not open any windows, and the cooling unit was not working. Mattress very unconfortable.
