absolutely great. we got a 2 bed apartment for £89 for one night. it was big, clean and had everything you'd possibly need for a short stay as ours. we were very pleased with it. thank you. Spacious, clean, well equipped. Friendly and responsive staff (we were given a bigger apartment in a better location after complaint about misinformation on the web page). the apartment is on good location only 10 minutes walk from tube. the view was brillant over the city.

Check-in: To arrange check-in, you must telephone the residence office (number provided in your booking confirmation) at least 1 hour before your arrival. If you do not do this, you may have to wait longer than expected to check in. Check-in after 21:00 is at an additional cost. To check in, go to the office at Ground Floor, 4 Greenland Place, NW1 0AP, where you will receive the keys and pay for the stay. You will be given directions to your apartment. Payment Information: Payment must be in cash, upon arrival. If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, this payment has to be arranged in advance. Please contact the apartments before your arrival. A valid ID must be presented at check-in. Group bookings of 3 or more apartments, or more than 6 nights, are subject to prepayment and different cancellation policies. A 30% deposit will be required on confirmation of booking, and the remaining amount must be paid 14 days before arrival.

Travelling information

On Foot
The office is located just above Warren Street Tube station on Euston Road. When you come out of the station, turn left and go around the corner to the entrance doors for Warren Court. Please ring the bell number 9 and you will be met.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome.
One child under 1 year stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 2 years is charged GBP 10 per night and person in a baby cot.
One older child or adult is charged GBP 20 per night and person in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
