I thought that the staff were friendly and helpful (especially the lovely lady working in the dining area for breakfasts!) The rooms were comfortable and cosy and perfect location from the exhibition centre and other local attractions. Close to Olympia; Very good value for money (appreciated by the NHS who ultimately pay my expenses); friendly helpful reception and dining room staff; simple but very pleasant breakfast.

I will definitely use this hotel as a base for future trips to town. the room is very clean, they have internet wireless, the beds are very confortable!!! Excelent value for money!!. The full English breakfast, and kind staff. Enjoyable, relaxing. Situation, genral room layout was ideal for a short business stay. Unusually, the bedside lights were good enough to read from bed. Added bonus are friendly, efficient staff, an ok sizedroom, hot water for shower and shave and even breakfast for my £50 -£100. You rarely get all of these but you did here. Asif at reception was really helpful at reception and the two ladiesserving breakfast are great, they let me have breakfast a bit late -thanks. Rooms were clean, but I had to switch rooms during my stay(which was annoying). Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. good air conditioning. Plenty of mirrors for 2 girls sharng a room!! Nice breakfast and noticed that a couple of guests who were late for breakfast were stll served - full marks.Rooms are small but everything isworking.. A small fridge with minibar, a pot with tee and cofee. And the best - full english breakfast is excellent. We enjoyed our stay. One of us had a road front room and the light of cars passing disturbed her a bit. How about blackout curtains or shutters - it would completely solve the problem any noise too.I wouldn't say it was negative, but a little bit more politeness and proactiveness in communication from your staff would be appreciated in order to feel even more pleasant and comfortable. Having to switch rooms sucked. But it wasn't that bad.We were in a basement room so it was not possible to open the window and it was a hot day (one of the very few this year!). However, the air con was extremely good so this in itself was not a problem. If we had been staying longer than one night this could possibly have become claustrophobic and if we were to visit again we would request a room not in the basement if staying more than 1 night. decor a bit old, shabby. Breakfast quite poor.rooms a bit small and shabby, but reasonable value. to have more allergy friendly rooms. The room was very small but then so was the price, it balances out. Too hot in the room. A bit far from the closest tube station... Some traffic noise through the night in spite of double glazed windows. Would have liked additional supplies for tea/coffee making facilities.room fairly dark traffic noise. Bathroom needed redecoration. Evidence of leaking on ceiling above shower also shower requires to be cleaned and resealed around base.Not a very comfortable bed.
