The location was convenient for the Albert Hall and Knightsbridge. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good and staff were helpful and polite. the good positionning of this hotel. They gave my daughter and me a big room with 4 single beds, which was lovely. There were plenty of tea, coffee, herbal teas, sugar and a kettle. The bar area could have been nicer.
