Very attentive and helpful staff at the reception. Amazing location in the heart of Camden. Clean and spacious apartment fitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We have requested extra bed for our children and within 1 hour we got it all perfectly set. We had enjoyable stay, will definitely come again. The appartment (for eight people) had a lot of space and was very comfortable to sleep at. In addition, the kitchen was well equipped and served the neccesities to make proper breakfast/dinner if needed. This can even be considered to be better than getting a hotel in London.

We was placed in Old Street in shoreditch; this is the best location in east London. Great little apartment in Camden area. The only thing that was a bummer about this place is that it is not very well cleaned for the next guests as there were still some dirt on the ground and even ants! I have read this before in the feedbacks from other visitors but to my disbelief i had to expierience this first hand, which was a shame. quite a trek from key collection office to actual apartment when you have small children. broken lift on arrival so had to carry suitcases and child up 4 flights of stairs. Main line train line behind apartment. We spotted ants in the kitchen couple of times. Wish they had explained the heating system to us at check in. It got a bit noisy at night with the shipping truck workers loading and working through the night. Some ants in the kitchen. No aircon. Very noisy as on main route for traffic. No fitting plug so couldn't have a bath. The apartment is quite a walk from the booking office where you pick up the keys. Hard with lots of bags. Not enough room to get into bed from one side in two of the rooms, too close to the wall. Heater is bedroom with ensuite didn't work, couldn't get the kitchen sliding door open so no access to garbage can that was outside, needed more towels/face clothes and dish clothes (not just sponges), some light bulbs burnt out. Nothing really. There was a bit of noise the second night from construction nearby - Wednesday night- not great for light sleepers. letsbookhotel.com only showed the office location when I booked our apartment. I did not learn its exact location until I was speaking with the rental company. It was further away than expected but manageable. The only other problem was mattress too small for bed frame and the shower holder was cracked meaning it wouldnt stay up. Lack of extra care in providing detailed information about the apartment. No hot water throughout stay. It was not convenient for the check in. the appartment was really far away from the check in office. because we had two big luggages, had to take a taxi to go there. On set arrival the cleaner was in the apartment and was cleaning for an hour, delaying our unpacking. The rooms were basic but not clean, stains on carpets and walls. We adapted to the apartment which slept 5 of us comfirtably, but we were mislead in booking as it was nothing like the modern photos which were on the main billing site. Some of the facilities were not functioning. Example: leaking coffee maker, missing oven grates, broken window shades, fairly noisy street, dryer not functioning properly. Some of the residents in other apartments were very noisy during the night. During booking from letsbookhotel.com, it was not plainly clear how far the apartment was from the check-in desk. The apartment wasn't ready until about 4.30pm which was a bit inconvenient with small children. It was quite a walk from the Underground station. It would be nice if some basic cooking items could be provided, such as salt, pepper and oil. there is no air-conditioner. The place needs some maintenance and the possibility to open the windows. I was fooled by the map.. the location is for the office not for the apartment, which was far away around 10 minutes walk so I had to take a taxi because I have lots of heavy luggage. nearest underground station was Kings cross which u will need a bus to get there or walk 10-15 minutes. The office opens from 10am to 6pm. Very noisy Very hot - could do with better air con Not 4 star cleanliness. There was no Internet for the first 2 days and it was difficult to get the staff to rectify the situation, very disappointed. *Location (the nearest station is 1 km) *no flexibility on checking out time *location of receiving the appartment key is different than appartment location *only one key provided. baking all day noisiest place I ever live in 15mins walk away from the tube.

To check-in, receive keys and pay for the stay, guests are requested to go to the agency at 9 Parkway, London, NW1 7PG. The closest underground station to the agency is Camden Town. Take the exit on the right-hand side, turn left and walk straight up on Parkway. The office building is on the left-hand side next to the Jazz Cafe and above the Japanese bento restaurant. Please ring the bell upon arrival. Please note that your apartment is at a different address. This will be provided after booking if required. Luggage can also be left at the office in case of early arrival. Guests are required to show a valid (government issued) photo ID along with the same card that has been provided for the booking. Check-in after 20:00 is available upon prior request for an extra cost. Check-out after 10:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 40.00, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Late check out is up to 13.00. A cleaning fee of GBP 40 must be paid in cash upon arrival. Please note that the pictures shown are selected from several apartments.
