Important information to guests

Guests must provide ID (passport, driving license or national ID card) at check-in. A security deposit will be required. To check in, guests are advised to go to the office at Ground Floor, 4 Greenland Place, NW1 0AP, where they will receive the keys and pay for the stay. They will be given directions to their apartment. Check-in after 21:00 is at an additional cost. Group bookings of 3 apartments or more and bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to pre-payment. On confirmation of booking, 30% of the deposit is required. The final balance is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival. Full cancellation policy and charges will be advised direct to guests by the hotel. Please note that parties are not allowed on the property, and guests found breaking this rule will be charged.
