Very nice! Clean, tidy. Staff easygoing and pleasant. TV was working. Nice kettle with teaandsugar bags in the room. Hotel pulito e al di sopra dello standard di Londra. Very pleasant stay. It is my best BandB in London. It was my second time there and it won't be the last...For central London the price was excellent. I really don't understand some people's negative comments when the price of the hotel is low, the staff are friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable.
all reviews » Excellent location for coach travellers - very near to victoria station. Very good value for money considering the location which seems to be what the management are aiming for. Clean basic rooms with good facilities for the price eg. TV, kettle, breakfast. Friendly service. There were lots of poor comments on this bandb and I was determined to putmy side - it was clean, very cheap - what do you expect - I was happyfor the money that I paid. brilliant location, close to victoria station and coach station. claen room and bathroom. Helpful staff, location of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and I could leave my luggage on the day of departure. At Victoria you may need to queue for half an hour and left luggage costs 7 pounds an item. It sent a good message that they were helping me and not just taking the money. Narrow hallway and stairs. Room could have been bigger. it was cold. Not very clean. breaking door of shower bath;. Obviously the shared bathrooms are not ideal but for the price there areno complaints. Bread with mould at breakfast, duvet cover had stains from previous occupants.It was not clear on booking that room was not en suite and that no towels were provided. Kettle and tea but no milk and no cup - only a plastic glass. No easy indication of when the shared bathroom was occupied. No soap in rooms, very stained sealant in shower cubicles and no one to contact after 8.00pm. I found out at 10.30 pm that there was no towel and no soap in my room and could do nothing about it.The WC and Shower. Cold. dont like the bathroom.Not very tidy. The heater didn't work, we took cold showers and the recepcionist weren't friendly.non-traditional breakfast (2 slices of toast with butter and gelly and the worst coffee I ever tasted), no towels, no soap, room less than 6 square metres, noisy weird neighbours, 2 bathrooms for the entire BandB. Too few shared bathrooms available and they were dirty, very disappointing.The room was too small, you didn't have anything to put your belongings on. The bathrooms were small and dirty, with bugs running around... Pretty much everything else. I didn't expect much, but was still a little disappointed.The room , staff attitude, having to leave keys on reception door to check out, not being able to use the bath room as it was shared with other rooms and thetrefore had to go to station to use toilet in the morning!. The heating element in the room was off during my whole stay. I told the reception about it (it was very cold in the room) and they did nothing about it.Almost everything, see above. I will never use your website again, as to have premises on your site with such poor standards and which in my view don't even qualify as a 1 star hotel leads me to believe the validity and quality of the info on your site is dubious. no towles, no water in room, no toilets (two floors down) toilets dirty and floors wet, walls of bathroom covered in mould, dirty linen on bathroom floor left there over night, no separate fire exit, staff not friendly except if you were female, stairs dangerous and narrow, no wardrobe in room. the whole experience was a very negative one, and a waste of hard earned money!.
