Good service, well appointed room, excellent food.Excellent service with friendly, efficient staff. The staff were excellent and very courteous. Good service. Friendliness of all the staff. Peace and quiet, friendly and attentive staff, good atmosphere, good selection of background music, great teas and coffee, affordability. The staff made us enjoy our stay as they were friendly and attentive and obviously very well trained.very central position means you can leave your car and walk.Excellant breakfast and attentive staff. The rooms were well maintained and tastefully decorated.customer service was excellent. clean rooms and the food. Convenience. Very friendly welcome at reception. Spacious layout of the hotel which was both comfortable and relaxing.Sea view balcony. Location good, sea views, good food and friendly service.staff were pleasant and curtious. Location, excellent food.staff were very helpfull. Handy location for the town, the view from the terrace bar, good decor. Hotel was excellent and the staff very good. Helpful staff. Air con very effective. The hotel is in a good position with a pleasant outlook.Bedrooms were of a reasonably good standard.Very nice breakfast. only that i could'nt stay longer.Piped music was too loud and continued to play while live pianomusic could be heard from the bar. Price of evening meal and drinks at the bar. As a result I went out."Creaky" floors. We were disappointed at the size of the room - it was quite small.car parking is limited but although we were 'blocked' in on departure staff quickly attended to this.Initial room was small, dark, hot (very in february) and overlooked rear alleyway but after complaint to receptionist we were immediately moved. Parking facilities were not great. they tried to overcharge me when paying my bill by £50. No I left with a very positive impression and would stay at the hotel again. They forgot my breakfast order!!!. room too small, too expensive for sea view. the roast beef was tough. Liked buffet breakfast, however it would be better self service. Service very stretched, due to a wedding being on that weekend, should have had more staff on to cope. Had a problem with the windows in the room but other than thateverytning ok. Charge for using credit cards! Restaurant really isn't as good as it claims. Some of the staff attitudes - obvious cultural differences demonstrated through what we would perceive as bad manners. Breakfast was too obviously portion controlled and put my teenage son off asking for just bacon and sausage. Parking is a nightmare! Wine served warm!. Car parking a big problem !! You should mention this to future guest before they book a room !! To park 1 mile from the hotel is not the ideal solution !! For those that managed to find a parking slot in the hotel car park - they were blocked by other cars and unable to get out of the car park - they were trapped !! Perhaps the hotel could introduce a foolproof system for hotel guests only!!. The rooms were very small. Lots of things. Quality of the room and food poor for a 4 star hotel. Parking very poor - around 20 spaces for a hotel of this size is inadequate making loading and unloading very difficult. I expected better for the price paid, particularly in terms of the food quality as served in the lounge. When one has been out walking all day one needs a reasonable amount to eat, which wasn't the case. Parking was virtually non-existent - utterly inadequate for a hotel of this size and quality.Booked a double and a twin for single use but only got a double and single. It was unbearably hot everywhere.Had to move twice due to noise of air conditioning.

A major feature of this impressive hotel is the elegant dining in one of two rooms - the magnificent Wedgwood Suite or the Terrace Restaurant, now fully restored to its original Victorian splendour. The views across the great bay from the Terrace Restaurant are matched only by the superb choice of dishes which combine wholesome traditional flare with imaginative gourmet dishes.
Hotel information details
The £4 million full refurbishment has brought the hotel the 4-star status it richly deserves, together with the hospitality to match. The commitment and personal attention from our dedicated staff to each and every guest makes your stay, whether business or pleasure, something to remember.
One of the greatest pleasures of a stay at the St George's Hotel, Llandudno is the fine dining. The Terrace Restaurant gives spectacular coastal views of Llandudno Bay, flanked either side by the Great Orme and the Little Orme, in a setting of Victorian splendour.
We can offer you high quality facilities for any event, catering for up to 250 delegates at a business conference, or 250 wedding guests.

Building access will take place at the rear of the hotel in the hotel car park. The car park is still open for residents, but with a reduced number of spaces available. Reception and Concierge will be on hand to help guests park if available and suggest the best alternative car parking areas once our car park is full.
Information about the area
Situated at the heart of the town, right by the sea, the promenade and the pier, with the Great Orme in the immediate background, we are in close proximity to all the main attractions.
On the Great Orme itself, there is much to do. You can venture all the way to the top of the Orme with the Great Orme Tramway, which is just one of the great ways to see the spectacular views of Llandudno. The more daring can try the cable cars. Up on the Orme there is Llandudno's Ski & Snowboard Centre, great for all the family, and the Great Orme's Mining Experience.
Within Llandudno there are many more attractions including North Wales Theatre & Conference Centre which is just a short walk away from the hotel. Along the promenade, towards the Little Orme is the Adventure Farm, and an open paddling pool with a children's play area, right by the sea. On the other side of Llandudno is Westshore, the opposite coastline, with a clear, quiet beach and spectacular views of Snowdonia and Conwy.
Just outside of Llandudno are many more attractions, including Conwy Castle, an excellent family day out. Or of course there's the delight of Snowdonia's National Park, definitely worth a visit.
If you fancy something different then the hotel can advise and arrange some alternative activities for you during your stay, such as pony trekking, or walking on Snowdonia.
