  It was literally a minute's walk from Kensington Olympia and the Kensington Olympia station, which was ideal for us. The hotel was very clean, and nicely decorated. My room contained a safe and a fridge, but no wardrobe, I was only staying one night so that didn't really matter. We hope to come to the same exhibition next year and this hotel will be - It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, the shower room was very clean and well designed, the bedlinen was crisp and clean and although our doubleroom was small, it was adequately furnished with enough storage space for clothes. The breakfast room was well laid out and the continental breakfast well served with plenty of choice.

  We really enjoyed the stay at the London Visitors Hotel. Even though we booked a basic twin room with shared bathroom, they upgraded us to a nicer room ensuite. I had to take a trip to the ER and the staff called a taxi for us, offered to make me chamomile tea while we waited, and was genuinely worried. You don't find that kind of concern everywhere! It was exactly what I h... what people say » ave previously experienced from serviced apartments but from previous comments it looks like other visitors were surprised. - At Holland Apartements you get excellent service, and get to stay in a clean and tidy apartement. There is no luxury, but you get value for your money. Staying there with childre the age 9 and 12 worked just fine, but we were a lot out of the house. Finding a place to eat nearby is no problem, and if you are not willing to walk the 15 minutes to Shepards Bush metro station, you can take the bus.
