  Everything. The facilities are complete and well-maintained. Very clean and really good location. We actually extended our stay because we were very happy with the place. Although parking is not available, the parking off restriction after 630pm helps, right at the door step.   apartment was fantastic, new, good layout, good facilities and amenities. location was ok - a good 20 min walk to the heart of the shopping district and royal mile and quite a walk to a supermarket. Great to have a balcony.Parking a small hassle as none on site and you park up the road. Ok when you are settled but for arriving/departing/ unpacking... what people say » bags from car etc a bit inconvenient. - Brillian!!! Didnt have much dealings with staff but when we did theywere great. Had a problem with the bioler and was fixed almost straightaway - perfect!!! Great value for money. Apartment wa stunning andeverything about it screamed luxury. We were there for a Friday andSaturday night -got a knock on the dopor on the Saturday to see if wewanted it cleaned!!! Wow!!!

  Smart at iQ, Edinburg was a very pleasant surprise for us. Perfectly located: less than 20 min walk to the castle and to the train station, bus stop for the airport right at the corner, restaurants and shops around. The room (studio) was quite big and all equipment you need if you want to prepare something in the house or if you need to wash somet... what people say » hing etc. – like “at home”. A perfect location for someone who wants to visit and move all day and have a proper and comfortable place to sleep. The - The apartment complex itself is very secure. The bedroom was clean, bright and well set out given the limited space. The bathroom, whilst also small had everything you need and unlike many higher rated accommodation I've stayed in hot water was available at all times and at a constant temp. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially to the many foreign visitors there for the festival.

  Apartment is well-furnished and spacious with parking included and security. Grocery, coffee shop and taxi stand are around the corner. Make sure to arrive before the office closes. We arrived after the office closed and had trouble finding the key and also the apartment. Our first visit to Edinburgh, and we found the location good - really very handy to New Town and Prince Street Gardens just around the corner, and not too far a walk to Old Town.   We stayed for a long weekend as a group of friends. The lakeside house was very easy to find, the location was ideal for our purpose and the house was fantastic everything we needed was provided! Many thanks!! - Location, cleverly designed studio apartment, good shops nearby and very convenient for Festival events. Oh, and a PROPER hairdryer.

Convenient close parking; off peak free/peak hours (07.30-09.30 & 16.00-18.00) meter @ £1 per hour. There is a disabled driver spot. Dog friendly, clean and comfortable accomo - The location of the apartments was excellent, five minutes to the town centre. Tesco express at the top of the street, take always and two local bars within two minutes walk from the apartments. The beds must be the most comfortable beds our group have slept in. Spotless and comfortable really impressed and would recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to stay in Edinburgh.
