  The staff were very friendly and welcoming people, always on hand toprovide any useful knowledge and also cater for any specific needs.   Beautiful property with high end modern décor. We were made to feel very welcome and cannot fault this accommodation or the lovely breakfast with superb views. Only a few minutes to Edinburgh yet this luxury B&B was a quiet country retreat from the city bustle. Although it is located in an office park, the train station in literally right next door a seven minute train ride (two stops) will take you right into downtown Edinburgh (Waverly Station).
