The staff were very friendly and welcoming people, always on hand toprovide any useful knowledge and also cater for any specific needs. TheRestaurant provided excellant dining, with great selection of food anddrink. All other facilities were also of a high standard and Ithoroughly enjoyed my stay! Much much better than my stay at thesheraton, which is meant to be a 5*. Thank you. The hotel is in an ideal location if you are not looking to be right in the centre of Edinburgh, the Edinburgh Park Train Station is perfectly located jst behind the hotel and is only 2 stops from Waverly. The dinner in the hotel was lovely as was the breakfast.

First class hotel and the location is excellent for travelling in and out of Edinburgh (only 2 stops on the train). It was spotless. Chef in the restauran was superb! Staff was freindly. I really enjoyed my stay. my kids liked the pool; we liked their focus on environmental issues, and proximity to the train. good food we felt safe and comfortable clean tidy rooms good breakfast staff were very helpful . Great hotel, comfortable room excellent food, very helpful staff. Will stay again.swimming pool and steam room close to train station for easy access to edinburgh. not far from city centre,facilities excellent,polite staff,and excelent room. Difficult to find by car, especially late Saturday when most buildings in the park are closed. Need adequate signage on surrounding roads.location - no trains running on new years day this should have been mentioned at the time of booking. Internet charge is a rip off. There was no cafe/restaurant to have breakfast when we arrived. it was a little bit too cold in our room - 19 degrees, and heating control didn't work. A bit expensive. Air conditioning too hot. Couldn't adjust it to less than 16C. Hotel not easy to find. It was quite far from the city center. Noise coming from the backyard during the night... :/ Otherwise all was good. bit far from city centre, though train stop nearby. woke me up twice after midnight with phone calls from the front desk to confirm that I'd ordered a taxi for 7am the next morning!. It's remoteness, we we not aware we were quite so far from Edingburgh. Hotel only been open for 6 months - pool not open as not working - extremely poor facilities, this should have been recfified, not excuses given out by check-in staff. accessing the hotel was very bad and I will not be back for this reason. food , extremely overpriced and didnt taste nice in any way. no shuttle bus to airport as was advertised on letsbookhotel.com website - this was one of main reasons for wanting to stay at hotel!.
