Staff were excellent, very obliging. Breakfast in the room was included in the price, enough to feed about four people - excellent value for money. They also kindly allowed us to check out at 2pm. I would definately stay again - already planning our next trip!. very friendly staff,excellent facilities,great breakfast,would not stay anywhere else in Glasgow now infact this has been my 4th time,close to shops,train station etc.your stay there makes you feel special,recommend this hotel to every one.
all reviews » Staff were friendly. I was charged 3 times for parking although concierge was only used to park once. The staff removed the extra charges without question which was excellent. The room was perfect, well facilitated and everything was available on hand. Very modern and the service was brilliant, staff did not hesitate to help out..Friendly staff -- attentive but not intrusive. Room was clean. Communal areas of the hotel were light and airy. Altogether a very pleasant place to stay. the staff was amazing, very hospitable! everything was perfect - the hotel was very easy to stay in and I definitely would stay there again.The hotel was beautiful. The room was fantastic and great value for money. The decoration in the room was top class. A very comfortable stay. I enjoyed the location and the service that was provided from the staff. I would suggest making pizza available for room service as this is what alot of people would like at this time at night.the breakfast left alot to be desired. Only that the batteries in the tv handset were low in power - a commoncomplaint!. I felt the reception/ bar area a bit cold.... no atmosphere. The bath drain was blocked which was not checked before giving the room. But after complaining, immediately another room was offered for having bath.Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Yes, the price of bottled cider! 4.85?. Mini bar pricing. £3.00 for a packet of peanuts!. Breakfast area was very busy, queues for hot food, not much space to move around.
