Everything, especially the location.The Beds! Very comfy and not too noisy! will defo be back :). Friendliness of staff - location. Food in brasserie excellent. Love the style and the food. Going out. Not easy to find and car parking difficult. Light from the bathroom shone into the bedroom, when anyone went there during the night. Also to run a bath, one I had to climb into the bath to turn on the taps the way they were situated. Small points, but inconvenient. Would have liked some fruit tea in the room with some biscuits.Very noisey outside at 7am due to construction work in street next to hotel. There was no hot water during our stay, which was probably a problem with their boiler as the noise of it kept us awake all night. This was raised with the hotel on checkout and they dealt with it extremely well.room was quite small for the price and breakfast not included. also could've done without a fire alarm at 6.00am on sunday!. slow breakfast service for tea and hot food.Noise.
