The proprietors Mr and Mrs Robbie were extremely friendly, that's what I liked most. Breakfast was scottish: Eggs, bacon, beans, tomato, haggis and black pudding...of course you could choose whether you would like all of it or just a selection. There are also cereals, fruits and jam. I really liked the oppertunity to try the real scottish one! :). It was a clean,friendly ,family run establishment where I felt very welcome.Breakfast was excellent and as I have more trips to Dundee planned over the next several years I will definitely go back and stay there again.It's lovely to find a little gem of a B&B like this a stone's throw from Dundee city centre.

Breakfast was offered, but I was in hurry that day. All this £45!!!! I would stay there again . Staff are very friendly to. This had best BaB that I ever been to. 5/5. The owners were absolutely lovely and super attentive. Rooms were comfy, clean, and breakfast was lovely! The price was absolutely fantastic as well - cheaper than the Travel lodge I stayed in last time and a million times better!. Lovely atmosphere, plenty comfortable room. Didn't have breakfast but it was included in price which is very reasonable. Beautiful house and fantastic hosts. Owners, attitude, atmosphere, breakfast - it was a bit of choice from full English/Scotish breakfasts to smoked herrings which I appreciated very much. The rooms were very nice, my room was small but clean. The staff was nice too. Having breakfast looking at the lovely garden they have got there is very relaxing and it has got nice views. Huge bed, delicious breakfast. Unfortunately the water pressure in my room was quite poor....for women with long hair a bit uncomfortable. Can`t find any faults with it. Situated on very steep hill so be warned if walking - may not be suitable for elderly people unless can access by car. when you book "shared bathroom " you should expect some inconvinience, parking also a bit further from hotel. Choosing non en suite. Dundee is built on a hillside so walking back to the hotel was a challenge. The whole area is one way system which took a while to cope with. nothing. I had a shared bathroom. The shower was rather inconvenient to use. Some aspects a bit dated but overall very good. Felt that the en suite was very small and the only sink was in the bedroom and not the en suite. This was a minor thing and did not impinge on our stay. The decor was very granny's house. Could do with being modernised a bit & the shower was a bit of a nightmare. Not the biggest fan of sharing a bathroom. Could also hear all rooms around me which slightly disrupted my sleep. Part of my breakfast was cold. Didn't like the charging of wifi - should be within the cost of the room or not provided. nothing. Parking is a little awkward as the street is very narrow. Ask for details. Bathroom/toilet quite far from room. Nothing. The only very slight downside is the parking - and that wasn't really a problem as we parked about 20 yards away. Access/parking not ideal due to the one-way system, but this was a small disadvantage, when all the other plus points are taken into account. A bit crampt for space, very small ensuite and bed. Parking can be a problem if you have a car. WiFi is charged at 2.50 per day. Found the room very crowded, no room to move. quite small en-suite facilities. Nothing to put in here. The room was a bit cold even with a blanket but the girls solved that efficiently and it was warm enough the next day. The bathroom it was a bit far away from my room and it was shared but it was very clean all times. Finding it! Parking on a bend of a one way street.
