With a seafront location and large gardens, The Headlands is a 5-minute walk from Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Waterpark and South Pier, and has free on-site parking. The beach is just across the promenade where guests can see the biggest glitterball in the world. The Headlands is on Blackpool's New South Promenade, which is the quieter side of the town. It has free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel, and some front-facing bedrooms with balconies. All rooms at the hotel feature en suite bathrooms with a bath or shower. Rooms all have TVs and tea and coffee-making facilities. Blackpool's trams and buses stop outside the hotel and head towards the town centre, Blackpool Tower and many other attractions. The Solaris Centre and beach are opposite. This family-run hotel offers home-cooked meals in the dining room and serves a good breakfast and a 3-course evening meal. Bar snacks are available at lunchtime, and guests can enjoy free tea and biscuits in the afternoon. The fully licensed bar has a pool table, darts and bar games, and PlayStation game consoles. During the summer season entertainment is held 2 nights a week, mid-week.

The friendly atmosphere and the good food. In a very good position and very quiet, The staff were very pleasant and helpful.The breakfast was excellent.The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home. Friendly staff, clean rooms, perfect for a one night stay!. The location for the Pleasure Beach and the south promenade was ideal. There was a relaxed and friendly feel to the hotel with welcome touchs such as afternoon tea. The breakfast options were good and the full english to be recommended. We had a very enjoyable stay and would visit again.

Breakfast is served from 08:00 until 09:30, and a 5-course dinner is served from 18:00 until 19:00.

Bar snacks are available from 12:00 until 14:00, and complimentary afternoon tea and biscuits are served from 15:30 until 17:30.

The hotel has a well-deserved reputation for courteous, attentive service, varied cuisine (our evening dinner is 5-course) and an accompanying well-stocked cocktail bar. It is one of the few remaining hotels in Blackpool to continually achieve a coveted 2-star AA rating.

By Car: - At junction 32 leave the M6 motorway onto the M55 heading to Blackpool. - At the end of the M55 bear left and follow the signs for the Airport (Squires Gate Lane) - Continue past the airport over the bridge to the seafront. - At the traffic lights, turn right onto the promenade. The hotel is 600 m along on the right-hand side, just past the Glitter Ball.
