23Rd Sept 13 - 17th Sept 13: staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were
good for the money you pay, breakfast was good cereals and cooked
available, and please note for any wheelchair users lift is not switched
off after 10 pm access is still available. Wife and I will definately

Staff were mega friendly and the location to the pleasure beach was less than 200 yards. Also the breakfast was good and extra tanks to the 3 waitress we had who could not of been more helpful.
Hotel had had a small disaster, but they passed our booking on to a nearby hotel (Inglewood, also highly recommended) in a very efficient and friendly manner.

Staff were excellent, breakfast was excellent, yes rooms could do with a bit of tlc, but for what we paid this was more than acceptable.

The dog was allowed to be with us and it was well placed for the illuminations and the Pleasure Beach and parking good.

This hotel is very reasonably priced with a wide variety of room options making it perfect for larger parties. It is right next to the pleasure beach and if you don't like walking then it is right next to a tram stop giving you access to all Blackpool's sea front attractions (and it is only £10 for a taxi back if you miss the last tram). The staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. The hotel's general appearance is dated, but they do not hide this so it was as I ex.
Read the reviews after booking, and was nervous about what we would find once we arrived at the hotel, but it was ok. Our rooms were shabby and tired, but it was clean. The breakfast was ok, not excellent, but no problems with it. Basically, you get what you pay for. If you are expecting plush, then you would be disappointed. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend, but I would book it again for myself and my daughters.
Kevin was extra friendly and welcomed us to this quirky hotel ;) It is value for money and exactly what you would expect for a cheap get away. If you want posh then pay for posh. The Broadway has character!!!.
Good budget hotel, you get what you pay for. £22 per night is a great
rate, and single rooms were available, extremely hard to find in other
hotels. I will stay again if im with friends on a doo !.

The breakfast seemed to have been cooked and then kept luke warm . Also the cutlery was not clean and the inside of the cups badly stained. They need to improve on these issues.
