The hotel is modern in presentation, and the rooms were impeccable. TheRaddison sas is quite central to the city centre, just a 10 minute walkto the city centre. The staff were very helpful and pleasan to dealwith. And another nice touch, parking was free for our weekend stay.Bonus! I would definitely recommend this hotel. G. But changed room and all was fine.Onsite parking. where it was based, it said it was just a 2 min walk to city centre but it took me a good 20 mins. Overall the standards were excellent, but there were drink marks on some of the surfaces in the room. breakfast is too expensive, 15 stg, per head not worth that. Bar was freezing cold. Pay parking for the car park. Should be free for hotel patrons. A lot of the telly channels not working until Monday morning. Porn on the telly which was activated by the Pay Tv option. We had not selected it. We were watching Shrek 3. Belfast hotel should have RTE television available.noise from function room cus we were on 2nd floor,but they did lower it at 1 in morning when we complained. Not enough toiletries for two people. no pool. Food was good but i am not a big fan of Itiaian food.

The hotel restaurant specialises in Italian and Sardinian cuisine, served overlooking a spectacular water feature. The interior of the restaurant is furnished with leather seating and private booths, whilst the nearby bar is constructed in a spacious, open-plan style with a central contemporary gas fire. The 5 meeting rooms are spread over 500 square meters. Each benefits from ample natural light and is ideal for small to mid-sized events of any kind. Key features include high-speed internet access, a modern PA system, motorised projection screens, induction loop for the hearing impaired. A meeting and events coordinator is always on hand to assist. Guests automatically obtain temporary membership to the nearby LA Health and Fitness Centre (charges still apply for use, please contact LA Health and Fitness for details).

The 120 bedroomed hotel includes 7 suites. Our penthouse, Suite 7, is Belfast's largest one bedroomed suite.

The bedrooms are styled along two themes - Nordic and Urban:
The Nordic rooms are cool and calm with hues of blue and grey complimenting pale blonde wood. While Urban rooms are warm and funky, styled in rich reds and striking wood finishes.

Travelling information

By Car (from Belfast City Airport, 5 km):
- Follow signs for the Sydenham Bypass in the direction of the city centre.
- Exit for the city centre when directed and head towards Queen Elizabeth Bridge.
- Continue straight on. At the set of traffic lights after the bridge, turn left into Oxford Street.
- At the next set of lights, turn right and continue in the left lane.
- Follow the sign for 'Newcastle on Cromac Street'.
- Follow this street through 3 sets of lights and take the next left into the Gasworks Business Park, where the hotel is situated.

By Air / Train:
- A shuttle bus runs from Belfast City Airport to the nearby railway station.
- Trains run to Belfast Central and Victoria Street stations.
