She was brilliant giving us lots of imformation about local transport and how to get to various places eff - The location is very good. It is less than one minitue by walking to the tram station. The room is well-arranged which is our favorite type. The staff is nice. They allow us for a very late check out (6:00) because the room is not booked by others . That do us a great favor because our flight is at midnight.

Thanks for your valuable input, I just want to thank Seres hotel staff and special thanks to Mr. Sedet. Great location, close to main attractions.   Ideal location and excellent value/quality - the situation is good.. near to all historical places and also to the tramvay station.. and away from NOISE that's the most great thing about it. the terrace pool is amazing with a view of the sea and ferryboats crossing all the time,, it's realy nice hotel to stay in. 100% RECOMMENDED

Considering what we paid for the room, we thought that this was one of the best deals in Istanbul.

  A lot of thanks to staff!!! a lot, a lot!!! You helped me so much! I really recommend this hostel. Excellent location in the centre of the city. Cheap price for a single tourist. No noise. People write they wake up because of prayers in the early mornings. I slept and heard nothing (I closed the window)! Reception 24 hours (I arrive at 6.30am and... what people say » could have a bath and breakfast). Good Internet. But you need to know it is really simple rooms!!! - I stayed for two nights and was on my own. The room was very small, about 2x2m2 but I didn't need it to be bigger. All I wanted was a place to sleep at night and leave my luggage during the day. There was a double bed in the room, with a very comfortable, hard mattress, a sink, a mirror and a TV. There was also very good wi-fi. It was quiet and clean. Centrally located, super cheap, friendly receptionist. Perfect for me.
