They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised.   The reception man was soooooo friendly. He helped us so much. I told him that i was very tired from my flight and he let me check in 7:00 a.m instead of 2:00 p.m and he let me eat breakfast all of this for no extra charge.
