  I just had a very nice stay in this hotel. The location is excellent, room is reasonably sized, comfortable and clean. Most importantly, the staff is very co-operative and friendly. They don't hesitate to do anything to please their guests. I had long times chatting with them in general discussions, and they helped me to find places to visits, res... what people say » taurants, etc. It was indeed very nice experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and recommend it to friends - Everything! it was not a single issue that the simpathic guys on the reception didn't solve it! They said on all our request 'YES'. The rooms were clean, the breakfest untill 11, the location is very good and easy to reach with a fast & direct tram that cost 1,5 euro, to all important sights! I have been in Istanbul many times and i can easily compare with other places, so...definitely i will recomande this one! and...the price = best deal! :)

I also noticed a precsion in everything I asked for. Before leaving the hotel , I was planned to have a taxi pick up at 4:45 in the morning . at 3:30 am ,safe box in my room failed to open with all my valuables inside (passport , air ticket , money..) I picked up the phone and asked for help , a few minutes later a smily guest service personell came over and open it for me . I expected to have some delay

  Hotel is at center of Istanbul, just a few steps from Taksim square. We somehow get big bridal suite on the last stage free of any additional fees. It was big studio with large comfortable bed, a lot of windows and nice street view. Furniture not new, but looks very good + central condition (a little noisy), free Wi-Fi, sat.TV, mini bar, kettle.   The staff is amazing. I had a huge problem with my car, my window was broken. They took the keys, and Mehmeth- the bell boy spent one whole day, trying to sort out the problem( which was very difficult for a day). Thanks to him, the car was ready how he promised.
