An incredibly clean and well decorated hotel, the staff could not be friendlier and more willing to help and the overall service can only be describe as excellent. It has all the necessary amenities you would expect a hotel to have: in room team making facilities, hair drier, bidet, air conditioning, etc. The hotel is located in an excellent location, in a part of the city which is away from the historic centre which might otherwise be missed. all reviews » Tremendously good location, easy access to public transportation, easy access to clubs of Bosphorus line, on the main avenue of Ortakoy, one block behind of Ortakoy square/coast, small but nicely decorated rooms feel like you are staying in a larger room, wouldn't bother for short stays. Lovely breakfast and lovely staff. Highly recommended for the visitors who like to stay in the heart of the city rather than avarage old city locations. The hotel is very nice and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The staff made me very welcome and even helped me practice my Turkish. The breakfast was wonderful and the room very modern and pleasant. I would stay there again and would recommend it to others. It's also located right in the heart of Ortakoy, a chic district with great nightlife. The transport to Taksim and elsewhere was easy to get. My friends and I we were warmly welcomed and well treated at any time! We had a lot of questions (since it was our first time in IST) and all questions were well and full of patience answered! The cleaning ladies were also sooo charming and friendly, I would go back any time!. I liked the hospitality of the people who are working at the Hotel. The room was always clean , hot water , towels And other necessary items supplied perfectly. Good location in the middle of Ortaköy İstanbul. Very nice restaurants And bars arround. Highly recomend. For those people that want to see Istabul futher than Sutanahmet. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff of the hotel. Staff, location, room. Nothing especially. The top room at the front of the building (balcony room) can be a little noisy during the night. Would recommend the room next to it, on the side of the building. It may even offer a better view of the bridge across the Bosphorus. My only criticism is that my room had been used by smokers and therefore smelled of smoke. But that didn't detract from the pleasure of my stay. The pubs are open until vey late and it's a noisy area. I would've preferred if d hotel was big enough to accommodate as many people as possible. They definitely need to expand. Nothing , for me every thig went fine. Quite nosy street. May annoy some people but was fine for us. Initially thought that being just out of the centre would be a problem but transport was so easy it was a blessing to escape the hustle of the tourist spots and relax by the Bosphorus. Only having three nights there ;-). The Black bed cover :-)). They need more rooms :). some staff with limited English, but made great effort to respond to our needs. rooms are small - but we knew that and accommodations were fine. I haven't noticed. The staff barely speaks english. Ortakoy was not so cool area as we expected. The hotel is really too small without any amenities-no real reception, no dining room, ..
