The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was very nice and met all our different needs.Beds were comfortable.Right off the tram lines so people who needed a tram were accommodated. Elevator was great as it went to breakfast lower level for my friend who is disabled. The location is within the very center of the main cultural monuments in Istanbul. The stuff was very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Near the hotel there are shops and restaurants, although the hotel is quiet.

The location of the hotel is perfect selected for those who want to make a touristic trip throught the Istanbul and t visit mostimportant touristic places. The location is excellent. The blue mosque, Agia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar and many other sights are all within a 5-10 minute walk. Friendly staff, cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Breakfast is quite decent. I liked very much this hotel. it is located in the city center. Close to hagia Sophia, Grand bazaar and blue mosque. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The quality of service corresponds to the price of hotel. It is a very nice small hotel at the center of old Istanbul. It takes a few minutes to go to the most famous places. They very good breakfast and kind stuff. I liked both service and cleanless of the hotel.The personal was very nice person,in general i advise everybody to stay in this hotel. Location near major sites in the center of old town. We had a triple which was large enough but on the street side. So noisey with the window open and had to have it open as no air conditioner that worked. Had to change out a bed as it was obviously for a child and not an adult and miserable for the adult to sleep on. However, once that was done all was good. We were there for an art class and were upset when the staff offered to call and get directions to studio and then asked for a referral fee on a previously engaged appt. Not cool!. I didnt liked that the klining in our room was not done in the best way. After the clining it was still not clean, for exemple the floor. For me it was noise. But it is me. I like to sleep in deep silence). No view. nothing. Too much audibility in numbers. It wasn't lucky with neighbors. The bathroom. no parking space guarantees, you have to wait until 19-20 o'clock to find one available; narrow, crowded streets around the hotel, if coming by car. Room was too warm and it was very hard to get it to cool down. High audibility into the room. Not so clean, the staff wasn't particularly friendly. Breakfast very very limited, cleaning was not so good as desired (after cleaning the room). Furniture and appliances in the room are old. Don't stay in room 107, my room. Its right beside the lift and beside the street with noisy traffic customer service was poor to zero, with very little in the way of hello or do you need anything. Shabby carpets in entrance, elevator, hall. My room adjoined piles of concrete rubble!. It was too noisy! The elevator they have didn't let us sleep, makes a lot of noise. A bit hilly. I didnt like the managment staff and the room is too small. small bathroom. dangerous shower. Breakfast really poor, rooms are old and really not cozy. It's facilities (e.g., bed, closet, etc.) are kind of old. i do not know why but hot water is not running during all the day. breakfast very pooor. A little "worn" but acceptable. but the bed is not very comfortable, staff is not very helpful. No car park. Air conditioning didn't work.
